Naruto addreses his skill experience in appropriate words
" Grandpa can you look at my basic jutsus and see , are they ok ?? "
Hearing Naruto's question , Hokage's shows a puzzeled face because during his spying he didn't saw anything wrong with them but to get clear picture The Hokage decided to see it himself once more .
" Oohh then let's head to the training ground first "
speaking his piece both them cleans up the table and head towards Academy training ground , going through the gate when naruto decided to head towards his familiar training ground The Hokage calls him out

Walking over naruto asks the reason

" If You want to master them then the most direct way is to shorten the hand-seals and excute it faster i guess"

The Hokage decided to set a target to keep the boy busy for next 3 years and also to direct him in a beneficial direction. The Hokage thought to himself

Naruto doubts and asks back
" Does that mean i can perform all jutsu with 7 seals/second speed later "

" Every jutsu needs different chakra control for it , how sould i say for example even though you know words and know how to write , every jutsu requires different sentences did you get till here"

" then basic Hand-seal is your normal writing speed , you can train it to be faster "

"And shortning Hand-seals in jutsu is practicing it , to make it muscle memory where even if u ditch a hand seal , your body will execute it for you because chakra is made of both physical and spiritual energy "
" hmmm so basically i need to first keep practicing hand-seals and then keeps practising basic jutsu unless i can do it with less and less hand-seals ?"

" you still have 3 years to learn these things at academy , for now just keep practising chakra control by sticking leaves to hands , feet and other body parts and then Hand-seals , try to do the basic jutsus with only one hand seal within 3 years , especially Body replacement "
Hearing Hokage's instructions Naruto nods heavily and starts asking about hand-seals
" What about hand-seals"
" hmm hand-seals are not just about faster moving hands but also giving a kickstart to chakra "

( it's like making jutsu perfectly suited for my taste and body , i guess )

" You can look in Academy's library , there are quite few E-rank jutsus and other things to help instead of just material that is taught in class "
( this much should keep him busy till Graduation or at least 2-3 years )
" The academy library has these things , I never knew "
" They have all sort of things like trap-making , basic of medical ninjutsu , basic for fuinjutsu ,and other topics about history , geography , intelligence .......... if you want to be Hokage , you should at-least know about it "
