It's been 7 days since his new status panel , and after signing-in everyday at Academy , Naruto looks at the his Growth skill

Growth Skill - Academy Student ( 2nd year )

It took 4 Daily sign-in to become 2nd year Academy student but if it's a pattern then in 9 days the skill will be 3rd year Academy student
( it's been 3 days already, so i will need to wait a week more )
But becoming Academy student ( 2nd year ) also puts an Accelerator towards his Bukijutsu and taijutsu and basic 3 body jutsus and Academic Studies.
Looking down in status panel especially cooking skill whose progress is almost halted Naruto's comes to a conclusion
( doing same things again & again is not gonna cut it )
Naruto remembered when the skill progresses faster , especially when he helped in preparing Ramen with Teuchi
( doing the same things will result in a very small progress , trying new things , improvising , and adapting for myself is the right way )
This is just not for right for the cooking but also with other skills and jutsus . Justsus that he is experimenting during these days , even though it's just level 1
( what will happen at further Level-ups )
shaking his head Naruto looks towards the setting sun and starts gathering his things to head back home. On the way Naruto approaches his gate and he noticed a thin silhouette in an iconic Hokage Hat and robes .
Looking at him from afar Naruto joggs over 'excitedly' and approaches him while thinking.
( Finally he is here , time to be natural devotee in the cult who has right head but not mind )
walking up to the Hokage , naruto calmly but happily calls him
" Grandpa "
" Oohh , Naruto how are you "
" Good , where have you been , you didn't visited for near 2 weeks "
" .....You know Naruto , Hokage is responsible for whole village and there is lot of paperwork and i am also getting old "
The Old man uses his aging body and Hokage's duties as an excuse to smooth things over
" Really but I was waiting " ( really I was )
" I visited this morning but you were not at home , where were you playing " the old man inquires in soothing tone
" Ohh I was at Ichiraku Ramen helping out with Ayame nee in the back and learning cooking "
" you helping out and learning to cook " The Hokage showed a 'surprised' face , expressing how bewildered he was
" .....yup I want to cook things myself didn't Grandpa say 'It's not healthy to always eat ramen and Cup noodles' "
Hearing it Sarutobi Hiruzen sighs inside but still asks with doubts
" can you really do it "
" haaa Come on old-man get inside , I am gonna treat you dinner today "
saying his piece , Naruto opens his Apartment's door and grabs Old-man's hand and pulls him inside , at which Hokage chuckles
" careful ......careful of these old bones "
pulling The Hokage inside Naruto lets him sit at the dining table and gives him water .
" So what would you like to eat Hokage-sama "
" haha anything you make "
" then miso-soup , rice and some side dishes it is"
thinking a little , naruto answers and heads back to kitchen.
Looking at naruto busy , Hokage notices a chair in kitchen , Naruto uses that chair to reach the kitchen counter , the Hokage's happy mood cools down as he drinks water and inspects the old but also a different apartment.
Neat , tidy without any usual smell or anyplace dirty or any instant noodle cups lying around .
spying on Naruto for the past 2 weeks The Hokage thinks
( A normal Grandpa would definitly be be astonished )
but despite the surprise The Hokage's expression is still the same as observing everything here himself .
The Hokage looked at the walls with few posters here and there , Leaf , Konoha symbols and some normal painting and inquires about them
" What are these flags and posters Naruto "
" O those , i found some near stalls around village and decided to decorate my home "
Hearing the answer , Hokage was surprised because of Naruto's new habits
( He is already decorating his 'HOME' )
the hokage puts down his hat and walks over to naruto while casually asking
" It seems like , you have been quite busy these days "
before naruto can respond, The old-man comes over and takes over the cutting duty and started helping out , Naruto grumbles a little and answers
" uhmmm , I help out and do part-time job at Ichiraku in morning , then mostly train at acadmy ground till evening and then home , it's not much"
the blonde explains his daily routine simply
" Training "
The Hokage lets out a surprised voice at this and the blonde replies
" hmm basic academy jutsu , taijutsu and other things "
knowing the full picture , The Hokage knows this is not Naruto lying but but just a kid explaining his Grandpa enough so which the oldman doesn't worry , The Old man spoke with worried voice
" You haven't been doing your pranks these days , you also started training seriously instead of playing .......are you okay Naruto .......you can talk to your Grandpa you know "
hearing this naruto's movements slows down and while finishing things up he slowly spoke
" I just --
hearing the pause Hiruzen encourages him a little
" it's ok "
" Grandpa I think before becoming Hokage , I will first become top student first "
"huh"
hearing the unexpected answer , the Hokage lets out a surprised voice
" If someone can't even do basic-academy jutsu , he can't even graduate and become a Genin , then how can one be Hokage .........so first I will become genin and then Later Hokage "

The old-man voice quivers a little at this answer

The Old-man knew Naruto and tried to reply but before he could say further Naruto starts arranging dinner at table and calls him over
" Come on Grandpa , it's dinner time "
" yeaa"
coming over and sitting , looking at the simple dinner . The Hokage didn't look down on it or shies away to eat it . The Hokage has tested many delicicies but this dinner is something else for the Hokage.
The Hokage starts eating with courtasy, respect and guilt.

most of the dinner passes in silence , when Sarutobi Hiruzen glances at the bruised hands of the kid , who is practising under sun all day and the changes that happened over the Two weeks.
( His round face is becoming sharper , whiskers are fading away and even though it's just two weeks not only his complexion is becoming better , he is also growing a little according to ANBU's detailed observation )
looking at naruto eating away with gutso , Hiruzun remembered his days when he eats food after a whole day of hardwork when he was a kid .
( but he is overdoing it )
Finishing dinner the Hokage decided to address his thoughts in a roundabout way
" Your hands and feets are bruised , overtraining can inhibit growth and recovery , Muscle cramps , decreased mobility and flexibility , problems with digestion and Incomplete healing because of proper rest "
hearing the instructions from Third Hokage , Naruto straightens up and listen with attention with a gaze that let the Hokage surprised
( A gaze with focus )
" Lets head to Konoha Hospital tomorrow for a check-up to take care of any underlying problems "
" yes Grandpa"
hearing the familiar term Sarutobi Hiruzen softens his voice and says
" Naruto , If you need any help in training or something , you can count on your Grandpa you know ........I am Hokage afterall "
"hmmm"
Naruto nods at The third Hokage and directly shifts the topic and asks about his slow crawl of skills Experience.
