This year was filled with hustle and bustle.
On the third day, the family visits commenced, and I took Jessica to Blackstone Village to meet their grandparents.
Previously, I had brought her here several times. The villagers were very familiar, calling her Jones warmly.
"Jones!"
Kimberly also called out sweetly.
Upon reaching Grandma's house, I accompanied Grandpa to set the table, while Grandma pulled Jessica aside for a chat about the family.
After lunch, I took a trip up the mountain to check on the Wine Tree seedlings.
With care over this period, the first batch of eighteen seedlings had grown to about two feet high, looking quite presentable.
The seedlings were emerald green; only when they grew larger would they gradually turn golden yellow, indicating maturity and the ability to produce Gemstone Dew.
I tended to each seedling, clapped my hands, and stood up feeling satisfied.
