Sunlight streamed through the curtains as a gentle breeze blew them away from the window and shone light onto the bed Freya was sleeping in. She grumbled as the light pulled her away from her dreams.
"Five more minutes…" Freya groggily mumbled to herself, pulling the covers over her head.
She wasn't ready to get out of bed just yet, it being way too comfortable. But the brain fog in her head soon cleared up and she quickly realized this wasn't the time to be lazing around.
Lifting herself up, she gazed at the window across from the room, blinking a few times as she took in the bedroom. Dark colored furniture with a large bed and a few cardboards. No pictures or things lying around.
She had peacefully fallen asleep, her body feeling refreshed despite everything that happened. She knew she had to deal with that problem, but right now, Freya wanted to enjoy the little quiet she had.
Even if it was fleeting.
