"Finally." Princess Marina thought as her luggage along with Lorraine's was loaded onto a carriage.
"Today is the day." Princess Marina thought as the carriage pulled her, Lorraine and Estile to the academy.
The Academy was located in the heart of the empire and it boarded all five provinces. With its white marble walls and light blue tainted ceilings, the Academy stood as a ray of shining hope that will remain unshaken.
Stepping out of the carriage to join Estile and Lorraine, Estile bowed to Princess Marina before scoping her into a hug, going over to her daughter and dropping a kiss on her forehead. After embarrassing them both thoroughly by reminiscing on how they were like when they were little and how she can't wait to see them grow into the beautiful women that they would become, Estile stepped back into the carriage and headed over to the dormitories to drop their luggage.
"The academy has five sections." Princess Marina read as he looked through the map she was provided after she crossed the school gates.
"The five main buildings where class is conducted is at the centre of the campus, the far left which hosted the auditorium and the far right which hosted the colosseum. The dormitories are located in the adjacent direction 10 miles from the main campus." Princess Marina read before coming to a stop in front of a large dome shaped building with blue stained glass at its roof and white marbled stone as walls.
Taking a deep breath, Princess Marina walked up the stairs and into the auditorium waiting room with Lorraine in tow. As the doors opened on Princess Marina's arrival heads turned around to see who it was. Walking in with her head held high,a vibrant emerald green ball gown, her family heirloom around her neck, emerald earrings and an emerald green bow on her head, Princess Marina captured multiple interested looks from multiple incoming students in the auditorium but the first person to make contact with her was Rassera Dawnspire in her yellow puffy ball gown that matched her hair, blue sapphire necklace and gold dangling earrings.
"It's been so long!" Rassera Dawnspire said as she excitedly pulled Princess Marina into a hug.
Used to her antics, Princess Marina hugged Rassera Dawnspire back just as tightly before separating herself from her. The next persons to make contact with Princess Marina was Maria Price who jumped into her arms whilst crying that it had been so long and Esmira Montain who shyly asked her how she had been doing. Princess Marina made sure to introduce Lorraine to them before easily falling into the rhythm of mindless chatter.
The five girls chatted mindlessly till a gong rang out and all conversation in the auditorium promptly ceased.
"The orientation will begin in two minutes."
Hearing that, students rushed to their seats and with the rushing crowd of students zooming past her and her friends Princess Marina momentarily separated from them and bumped into Aldric and Aleron.
"Greetings to the third star of the empire." said the twin illegitimate sons of the Earl with an identical bow.
"Greetings to the McGrath twins." Princess Marina said with a smile.
"I trust that the Marchioness and Viscountess are treating you well." Princess Marina said as the three of them began walking.
"They are." Aleron said in a dull tone at the same time Aldric said "They are" in an extremely bright tone.
Smiling at the little difference between their reactions, Princess Marina engaged them in discussions about training.
"If the third star of the empire doesn't mind I am off to find myself a seat for the orientation." Aleron said before disappearing immediately.
Princess Marina watched him go with an amused chuckle while Aldric bowed his head for forgiveness on his brother's behalf.
"Raise your head." Princess Marina said with a smile as she led herself and Aldric towards the seating area of the auditorium.
"How is your mom?" Princess Marina asked with a smile.
"I remember that you bought her a potion last time." Princess Marina said and Aldric became animated in seconds.
Getting to the seating area, Princess Marina heard a loud "Over here" from Rassera Dawnspire as she waved around like a maniac.
Covering her face in embarrassment, Princess Marina greeted Aldric good bye before heading over to Rassera Dawnspire.
Taking her seat next to Rassera Dawnspire, Princess Marina watched as a tall man with short blonde hair, yellow eyes and a confident posture stepped on the podium. The man wore an all out white outfit with a silver bracelet, silver rings and a silver pendant and the four deans of each blessing arranged themselves behind him.
"The academy welcomes its 266th class." The man in white said with a smile.
"I am the overall Dean of the Academy and we are honoured to receive such young minds who have the potential and capacity to change the world." The overall Dean said with his hands on opposite ends of the podium.
