Tom continued, ticking the features off. "The previous owner was a really powerful Surpasser who recently relocated to another kingdom for some business, so the whole place is already built to the standards someone like you would want. Security, privacy, the works. And because it's coming to you through me, through him, you'll get it at a fair price and skip all the usual nonsense, the bidding, the vetting, the paperwork delays."
Moon smiled, very pleased at how smoothly this was working out. This was exactly the kind of thing Tom's connections made effortless and why he had approached him for help in the first place.
