Chapter 130 - Chapter 129 I Can Cast Fireball Too!

"He actually won!"

After a moment of silence, the crowd erupted in uproar as they watched the giant dragon being smashed apart by Crassus's staff. The fact that Crassus, who was so small in comparison, could smash the giant frost dragon apart with a single blow at close range gave everyone a sense of absurdity.

"Wow, Grandpa Half Beard is amazing! So awesome!" Amy exclaimed, clapping her hands, her bright blue eyes sparkling as she looked at the mage's staff in Crassus's hand. "This mage's staff is so powerful! If I could hold it..."

Mai Ge's face also betrayed his astonishment. The strength Crassus displayed was truly unbelievable for a man over 120 years old. It wasn't just physical strength, but the perfect application of magic to his body that allowed him to shatter the giant dragon with a single blow. Such control was breathtaking.

"That old man is terrifying!" The two lava demons following Sargeras were horrified. They thought the giant dragon was terrifying enough, but the old man had smashed it to pieces with a single blow. This direct sense of power shocked them. For the first time, they realized that humans, who were originally just a symbol of weakness in their minds, could be so powerful and terrifying.

"That old man's beard was half burned off by the restaurant owner's daughter." Sargeras had seen Crassus single-handedly repel a real giant dragon outside of Luo Du so he had some expectations and didn't react much. He glanced at the two of them and said calmly.

"That little girl is terrifying!" the tall, thin demon exclaimed. He hesitated for a moment, then tugged at Sargeras's sleeve, a little frightened, and said, "Boss, how about we change restaurants? Kiel and I just arrived in Chaos City today, so we can just find any restaurant to eat at."

"Yes, boss, we haven't seen each other for decades. We rushed here as soon as we heard about you, and many more brothers are still on their way. Mond and I were discussing having a good drink with you on the way here, but drinking at the restaurant probably won't be very satisfying." the short, fat demon beside him nodded in agreement.

"This restaurant doesn't sell alcohol, and I didn't come here to welcome you. I brought you here specifically to try their Rou Jia Mo. After you've tried it, you'll understand why I've summoned you to Chaos City." Sargeras shook his head, not explaining much.

The two demons exchanged a glance, confirming Sargeras hadn't changed his mind, and dared not say anything more.

Sargeras was the most powerful lava warrior of the Lava Demon race, leading his race in countless battles against other demon races.

However, fifty years ago, he chose to leave the Demon Island, claiming he was going to find a way for the Lava Demons to break through their limits and rekindle the glory of his race. Fifty years have passed without a word from him.

A few days ago, he suddenly sent a message back to his race via flamingo, saying he had found a way for the Lava Demon warriors to quickly break through their limits and summoning his former brothers to reunite in the Chaos City.

The Lava Demon race has faced difficulties in recent years; many members are wandering far from home. Therefore, only the two of them could arrive immediately; many others are likely still on their way.

Sargeras's name represented the hope of the Lava Clan. There was a time when they thought he had died far from home, otherwise why would there have been no news for so long? When the clan leader received the news, he even suspected that it was a trap set by other demon races.

When the two arrived in the Chaos City and found Sargeras according to the address, although fifty years had passed, the feeling of seeing their leader again rekindled their passion. The Lava Clan would no longer be oppressed by other races!

"You're a third slower than you were back then. It seems you have indeed aged." Yulian looked at Crassus with deep eyes, his tone tinged with emotion.

"No, I'm dying. If you try to take it from me again, I'll fight you to the death." Crassus slowly tightened his grip on his mage staff, flames rising from it and enveloping his body, making him a striking figure standing in the snow.

Yulian frowned, and this time the silence lasted even longer. His voice was hoarse as he said, "Almost everyone who experienced that war is dead. I never thought that in the end, we two mortal enemies would survive to the end."

"Everyone dies. We two old folks have lived many years longer than expected." Crassus's expression softened slightly as he looked at Yulian, whose face was also aged and whose back was hunched over like he was carrying a large tortoise shell. Those people from back then had all died, and there were indeed very few left.

"Yes, we're all going to die anyway, so I don't mind if you die sooner." Yulian nodded, a sinister smile spreading across his face. With a flick of his black magic wand, sharp, crisscrossing ice spikes suddenly rose from beneath Crassus's feet, growing rapidly like a bird's nest as they pierced towards Crassus, who stood in the center.

Everyone's hearts clenched as they watched this scene. Yulian's move was no different from a sneak attack, and it wouldn't be easy for Crassus to dodge it so suddenly!

"You and I think about the same thing." Crassus laughed, slamming his mage staff into the ground. Flames around his body surged outward, forming a wall of fire. All the ice spikes that hit the fire wall crackled and broke, turning into vapor and evaporating completely. The seemingly dangerous scene was thus reduced to nothing.

Crassus staggered forward and charged toward Yulian, who was not far away. He smashed the ice blocks that appeared along the way with his staff, and none of them could stop him in the slightest.

"Bang!" Almost instantly, Crassus appeared in front Yulian, his mage staff slamming down on his head without hesitation. The blow produced a crisp sound, shattering into ice shards – he was an ice statue!

"Crassus, I'm here..." Yulian's voice came from behind. Countless Yulians appeared in the square, all with identical faces and expressions, a chilling smile on their lips, staring at Crassus.

"So many Grandpa Turtle Shells, which one is the real him?" Amy looked around curiously, trying to find the real Yulian, but they all looked exactly alike, making her impossible to distinguish them.

"Yulian, you still like to hide like before. Is this all the ambition a great mage has?"Crassus frowned at the exaggerated number of Yulians.

"Crassus, you've led mages astray! Do you know how many talented mages were easily defeated by ordinary knights because they wanted to learn your melee combat? As a noble mage, one should be able to manipulate enemies with ease. Melee combat is something only clumsy knights enjoy." Yulian's voice rang out with some annoyance, and he raised his hand, ready to strike.

"Stop fighting! If you keep fighting, you'll ruin my family's restaurant! Little Amy's going to get angry! I can cast Fireball too! One Fireball from me and you'll all be cooked!" Just then, a childish voice shouted, sounding a little angry.
