The Sleeper part of the Academy was kind of small, and located in the southern part of the Awakened Academy, surrounded by training fields and parks.
A low, modern building constructed with reinforced materials. As well as the most part of the Academy, It was hidden below the ground, with only a few floors above it, with its pristine alloy walls and wide windows.
The building inside was spacious and well-lit place, Hayakawa was taken to a large hall where dozens or so of young man and women — Sleepers — were already waiting for the beginning of the induction ceremony. Most of them were excited, scared or tense
Eventually, he found himself a seat at a corner and stayed there contemplating what be should do with his life now..
'One thing to think later then.. Wait, am I going to spend 7 months with this much people?..'
He was terrorized, fortunately, before he could dwell in those thoughts, something else caught his attention.
On a stage, a huge man appeared on a dark blue uniform, from seeing the soul of the man, Hayakawa could clearly see that the man was an Awakened.
The man then started a lecture about the Dream Realm and the Nightmare Spell, Hayakawa, of course, listened intensely to everything the man was spitting, he couldn't let the opportunity of hearing an advice coming from an Awakened!
But everything the man said, Hayakawa already knew, he wasn't exactly educated, but, he did go a few years to school, not that he completed it of course, but he did know a thing or two about the Nightmare Spell and what they teached there.
After the end of the lecturing, Hayakawa followed the instructions on his communicator and quickly found the dormitories, which those were situated in the lowest levels.
Entering the dormitory assigned to him, Hayakawa entered into the room, it was better than the house he had, so, he will be staying there for now.
The room was relatively big, on the corner was his bed, some furnitures on the side of it.. and a exclusive bathroom.
"I guess we are raising in life, ain't we?"
Now he had some time to see his memory, Devil's Scales. Hayakawa quickly commanded for the runes to open, he searched for the runes of his memory.
Memory: [Devil's Scales].
Memory Rank: Dormant.
Memory Type: Armor.
Memory Description: [Deep into the dark caves of the Underworld, a fearsome demon created hundreds of armors to his army of creations. This shell is but a ruin of one of those.]
'Not ominous at all, right?'
He summoned the Armor, a intricate armor of black scales covered his body, leaving only his head without anything, which was a bit of a downside, but it is better than nothing. On his hands and feets, gauntlets of sharp claws were found, and on his back, dozens of small spikes were connected to the armor.
Suddenly, he felt something change in his body, it felt somehow slightly better, but, as a dormant armor, it didnt felt so much change.
'Does it strengthen my body? Sick.. I sure am lucky..'
It was kind of rare to a low-level armor to have an extra enchantment.
But he quickly put those thoughts aside, he was now heading to the cafeteria, so, he dismissed it and began following the instructions on his communicator.
Reaching out to the cafeteria, a hundred or so of Sleepers were united, talking about anything that came to mind.
Hayakawa wasn't really someone who really had any social skills or friends to talk, so, he quietely found a empty table and sat nearby, eating his plate silently while waiting for the interview.
