Hayakawa was seeing the wooden weapons on the dojo, the big majority picked a longsword, others picked a spear, there was even people picking a katana!
He kept pondering what he should choose, a rapier would be good for one versus one, a longsword would be good for fighting Nightmare Creatures, spears would also be cool to fighting both..
Considering his options, he picked up a wooden longsword, time for picking was already over, so, he got back to his place where he was originally.
"Now, you all will spar, you can use any tactic you like, or every ability you have. Your goal is to your opponent touch the back onto the ground."
Things went.. a little bit too calm, some people were standing from two to three rounds, and then lose, others stood not even for one round, eventually, Hayakawa was already mentually prepared for what was going to happen.
So, upon the last one behind him get defeated, he stood, going to the ring, his opponent was a legacy, which he did not like. Those damn legacies were fed souls shards for lunch!
But, not that he could do anything about it, so, he climbed the ring and stood still, his eyes locking onto his opponent.
When the round began, Hayakawa kept weaving through his moves, getting constantly pressed, his opponent was, indeed, very well trained.
When Hayakawa saw an opening, he lunged, his fist went straight to where his opponent soul was, trusting completely onto the [Soul Eater] attribute.
And, as soon as his punch connected with the legacy, the young man stopped, and backed up, it was clear that the young man was in extreme pain, after all, soul damage was, indeed, very hurtful from what he learned.
The spar continued, until the young man could no longer bear the pain and fell to the ground.
'It seems I am the winner, easier than I thought. Are those the fearsome legacies?'
The remaining time left of class was going something alike to what happened in the first, some legacies could bear about seven or eight punches directly at the soul, and then give up.
The average sleeper could bear about three or four, and then they would kneel clutching their fist onto their chests.
Until there were no more Sleepers remaining, Hayakawa was undefeated, still, he was tired, very tired, one more Sleeper and he thought that he would faint.
'That's what a malnutritioned body does to a person..'
The class was already finished, so, he just went back to his dormitory to take a bath and sleep.
