We heard a knock on the door. Ocello shot me a look before walking over to see who it was.
Eomi and Achi came through the door and hurriedly shut it.
"We can't stay long. Grandmother has been confined." Eomi said.
"Her mind has broken. Her magic isn't working for her anymore and she has become violent."
I frowned.
"Is that something that can happen?" I ask, glancing at Gine and Ocello.
"With enough stress, I've heard of it. Though it is rare." Gine said.
"In the meantime, we both ask you to be careful." They began to leave when I stopped them and led them over to the sun necklace.
"What is this?" he asked, picking it up. "Is this…?"
"It is the symbol of my father's leadership. Grandmother had kept it all this while." Uchel said.
"What are your plans for it?" Achi asked.
"We were hoping you had some ideas." I said. "The reason this mess started was because when Adin left, his grandmother refused to hand the necklace over to Than."
