"Michael, what are we going to do now?" Mercy asked, looking toward him.
But Michael's eyes were searching the crowd for the three shadows that had been there just moments ago. Malphas, Valac, and Orobas—the three traitorous Commanders of Hell—who only a short while earlier had been watching that burning church, had vanished like air in the very next instant.
Michael pulled the hood of his jacket a little lower. The lines of worry were clearly etched on his face. Turning to Mercy, he said, "Now we'll do exactly what we came here for and find that prophetic girl. If anything happens to her, all our efforts till today will be wasted. Besides, Mercy, those three Commanders have probably set out to find that very girl. The meaning is clear… they've realized that their prey is no longer here, but probably in the hospital—and that's why they may have headed toward the hospital itself."
