Chapter 35 - Into The Danger.
The marines certainly wasn't something she wa ready for. The coldness in the air certainly wasn't something she was ready for. But she had to confront it anyways.
The room came on as if knowing that she was there. As if it had been alerted of her presence, as if it knew that she was there.
She stepped, feeling the heaviness of her breath in her lungs. The air held heavy in her nostrils and she felt like there was nothing she could really do but just step in and find out what all these was about once and for all.
So, she did. She stepped in.
A step further.
Two step further, and then her eyes fell on the table some distance away from her.
There were documents there. Different brown folders.
It piqued her interest to find out what was in there.
