Zoe's POV
I sat at the little garden I made for myself behind the house. Our lives have changed since that incident. I woke up at the hospital and Ryan's men were the ones who saved us.
He has kept in touch frequently and Felipe has stayed away from us. Even when we meet in town, he glares but stays away from us.
Someone closed my eyes and a huge smile was on my face, because I knew exactly who it was.
"You look so beautiful today, little one." Quan muttered and kissed my head. He bent over and kissed my stomach also.
"Thank you darling. You look really handsome too." I said as he limped over to sit by me.
"I'm so sorry you have to go through all of these." He held my hands tight and rubbed the back of it.
"It's okay, not a big deal. I was already a part of that life before I met you. You and our little baby are the best things that have happened to me."
