At the Dugu family home, Dugu Yan and Ye Lingling looked up and saw Su Yan and the Little Monkey flying down to meet them. The two girls ran forward together. Dugu Yan threw herself directly into Su Yan's arms.
Seeing this, Ye Lingling stopped and smiled, joking that maybe she hadn't come at the right time. Su Yan and Dugu Yan looked at her, and Su Yan smiled, telling her she had actually come at just the right time. Dugu Yan moved to the side to make room, and Ye Lingling stepped forward to join the other half of Su Yan's embrace.
Dugu Bo was furious at the scene. He found it incredibly frustrating but had to remind himself that he couldn't beat Su Yan in a fight. Ning Rongrong, the Seven Treasures Little Princess, started crying out in the chat, begging the other girls to let go of her big brother Su Yan. Liu Erlong told her she was being too impulsive, while Xiao Wu said it was okay because they would just hug him and take pictures when he came back to them.

Bo Saixi felt a bit numb and regretted her words. She realized how good the group members were at picking out small details. She felt vexed that her casual remark had exposed her identity.
Back at the Dugu family home, Su Yan told the girls it was getting late and they needed to set off. Dugu Bo told them to be safe and to avoid provoking anyone from Spirit Hall. Su Yan nodded and led Dugu Yan and Ye Lingling to the carriage. Dugu Bo watched them leave with a helpless smile, feeling down because his medicine garden and his granddaughter had both been taken away.
In the chat, Hu Liena shared that her teacher thought Number Thirteen might be from the God Realm or Sea God Island. Dugu Yan remembered hearing that Spirit Hall once suffered a major defeat on an island overseas, and Liu Erlong confirmed she had heard similar stories.
Inside the carriage, Dugu Yan leaned into Su Yan's arms. She sniffed the air and teased him, saying she smelled a fragrance that didn't belong to her or Ye Lingling. She joked that her intuition told her the scent belonged to Orphan. Su Yan was startled and asked if she had become that smart, which made Ye Lingling burst out laughing. Dugu Yan wiggled in his arms, trying to rub away the other woman's scent. Su Yan pulled both girls close, quietly accepting his role in the situation.
Zhu Zhuqing then expressed worry because Ah Yin had not spoken in the chat for a long time. Xiao Wu also asked if Aunt Ah Yin was okay.
In a dark cave, the once vibrant Blue Silver Grass was now withered and dying. Inside the Seed Space, Ah Yin lay flat, having completely resigned to her fate. She felt desperate and had lost all hope for life or resurrection. She believed that disappearing forever was her only option.
Ah Yin sent a final message to the group, saying she was born at the wrong time and wished she had met them all when she first took human form. She thanked them for the joy they brought to the end of her life and said farewell. She closed her eyes, replaying her past memories until the light in the Seed Space faded to black. The Blue Silver Grass fell to the ground, its life force finally spent.
