Its aura surged—pure, domineering, and alive with power.
Above the valley, the thunderclouds churned for a moment longer before beginning to thin. A final pair of low rumbles echoed through the sky—then the oppressive clouds dispersed unwillingly, sunlight spilling once again over the mountains.
With a flash of silver light, the Earth Demon Puppet descended, landing beside Liu Xi like a loyal guardian returning from battle.

Liu Xi raised his right hand, showing the pill still resting safely in his palm. "You almost drooled on it, you little glutton." He shook his head, amused. "This isn't for you. But… since we have it, we might as well strike while the iron's hot—let's restore Elder Yao's body today."

"Understood, Young Master," Xiao Yixian said gently, taking Zi Yan's hand and pulling her away—though the little girl still craned her neck, eyes glued to the pill in Liu Xi's hand.

Liu Xi flicked his wrist, tossing the crimson pill toward Yao Tianhuo. "Take it. Then give me a wisp of your Spiritual Power. When I tell you to enter, do not hesitate for even an instant."
Yao Tianhuo caught the pill and swallowed it in one motion. His expression hardened. "Understood!"
He pressed his fingers to his brow, pulling free a thin thread of glowing soul essence. The strand drifted toward Liu Xi.
Without delay, Liu Xi stored away the Ten Thousand Beast Cauldron, then drew out the preserved corpse of Tian She. The massive body hovered before him as he guided the thread of soul essence into it.

Yet within the crimson aura, new tissue regrew faster than before. Each cycle of burning and regeneration brought the soul and body into closer harmony.

By the end, the corpse had transformed completely—its form now identical to Yao Tianhuo's. The dull gray skin was replaced with healthy color, and from within that body pulsed a deep, overwhelming presence.
