I didn't know what demon possessed me to act that boldly. It was a sudden reflex.
I couldn't stand seeing Rafael suffering in that vulnerable state.
Watching him like that made my hands cup his face without thinking, and the urge to kiss him struck like lightning, uninvited. I just wanted him to feel safe. Comfortable.
Hearing his story ached my heart painfully. It felt like a tight wire ready to snap.
I was furious.
Something had to be wrong with my head to feel this way, to ignore the dirty things he had done and how he had sexualized me in his mind.
Yet all I could focus on was that damn crazy maid bitch who hurt him and made him suffer.
I sucked hard on his lips, his tongue, as if I could swallow every trace of pain still gnawing inside him.

I think I really fell for him.
What was I supposed to do? This was a disaster.
"Aarggh…" He groaned, suddenly breaking the kiss.
