"What in the world is that?" I said, looking at the office where all the paperwork is but.
There were a lot of papers like a mountain.
"Riveria."
"Yes."
"I swear to the void if this is all Loki's doing, then I might play golf with her." I said as I looked at the top, then noticed something unusual.
"There's a nest of birds, Riveria." I said with a straight face.
"You will get used to it."
"W-what?! Riveria, there's literally a bird nest there...with eggs." I pointed at the nest with a shocked expression.
"Just focus on the paperwork and don't mind it." As she was talking, she brought a huge pile of papers.
"Now start with these, and after you finish, you will start on the ones on the left and..."
'System, please take notes of all that.'
[...]
'System?'
[...]
'Are you lagging or something?'
The system has been leaving ever since the update finished.
Now, am I worried?
No
After all, this is the system, and he always comes with a surprise, so he will be back.
(Meanwhile)
In a black space, a screen could be seen looking at a bigger screen.
[What the hell? These are different from the original story.]
He looked at the world where Allen is, but he started to suspect that there are things that are different.
[Most events are the same, but some things are different.]
As he looked around, he noticed something strange.
[...]
[What the fuck is that doing here?]
Under the world's surface, there's something that wasn't supposed to be in this world.
[Alright, this might not be bad...I think.]
(Allen POV)
(5 Minutes later)
"And that's all." Riveria finished as she looked at me.
"You do all that?"
If she's doing all that by herself, then I might have underestimated her ability.
"You can say 75% of me is doing it, while Finn is the 25%." She looked around, then at me.
"And I will take that 75%...Great." I said as I started.
"Actually, you're taking 100%."
"What?" By the time I said this, she already left.
I looked around one more time, then continued.
(15 Minutes later)
[Secret mission complete: Finish 10 paperwork.]

Hunter's Heart
Pollen Heart
"..."
Huh?
Aren't those Nyleth and Karmelita hearts?
I know Nyleth ruled over the lush, thorn-filled region of Shellwood. Unlike other rulers in Pharloom, Nyleth is described as having been "nice but soft"—a peaceful deity who prioritized the safety of those traveling through her domain.
As the Citadel and the influence of the Weavers grew, Nyleth struck a deal with them. She agreed to use her power to maintain the "fragile order" of the woods, ensuring that pilgrims could pass safely through the dangerous branches to reach the Citadel.
Over time, the Weavers (specifically the Weaver of Path, Keelal) began to take credit for this safety. While Nyleth worked ceaselessly to protect the travelers, the pilgrims began to worship the Weavers for their safe passage instead. Nyleth was slowly erased from the history of Pharloom, eventually being "locked away" in a hidden shrine.
By the time Hornet arrives in Act 3, Nyleth is a fading power, almost entirely forgotten by the world.
Only Seth (The goat), a warrior cursed or sworn to protect her, remembers her presence. He guards the entrance to her shrine in Shellwood, believing that as long as he stands watch, she is not truly forgotten.
To reach Nyleth, Hornet must use the Silk Soar ability to find a secret passage and defeat Seth. Because Nyleth is so weak in the physical world, Hornet must use the Elegy of the Deep on her Needolin to enter Nyleth's "dream" or memory.
In this dream realm, you fight Nyleth at the height of her power. The battle is unique because the central platform eventually collapses, forcing you to use the Faydown Cloak or Ascendant's Grip to cling to the walls while dodging her "Pollen Explosions" and "Thorn Spheres."
Now, upon her defeat, Nyleth yields the Pollen Heart (one of the four "Old Hearts").
Her Hunter's Journal entry reveals a tragic irony: despite her kindness, her diplomatic approach led to her being "steamrolled" by the more ruthless forces of Pharloom.
In the physical world, a single, non-wilting flower remains at her fountain. It is suggested that Nyleth was attempting to regrow herself through this small bloom before Hornet arrived to take her heart for the Snail Shamans' ritual.
Now Karmelita was different.
She is an ancient warrior-queen and a pivotal character in the late-game Act 3. She is one of the three mandatory "Higher Beings" Hornet must confront to complete the Old Hearts quest.
Karmelita is the long-lived queen of the Skaar, a society of warrior-ants that once ruled the regions of Hunter's March and Far Fields.
In her youth, Karmelita was a legendary singer and dancer. Her operatic voice was not just for performance; it had the power to unite the wild tribes and grant her subjects a heightened state of awareness and focus.
When "Grand Mother Silk" arrived and the "Haunting" (a silk-based madness) began to infect Pharloom, Karmelita's singing acted as a shield. Because of their intense devotion to her and the clarity provided by her song, the Skaar managed to retain their sense of self and society while other bugs became mindless husks.
By the time Hornet finds her, Karmelita has grown old and weakened. She is found in a hidden cave in the northeast of the Far Fields, reachable only after unlocking the Silk Soar (super jump) ability.
When Hornet arrives, the two show each other deep respect as fellow hunters. Karmelita acknowledges Hornet's strength but challenges her to prove she is worthy of carrying the heart of a queen.
The actual boss fight takes place inside a "dream" or memory, triggered by playing the Needolin. In this state, Hornet faces Karmelita at her absolute peak—at her fastest, most elegant, and most deadly.
The battle is often described as a "dance" due to Karmelita's fluid, acrobatic movements.
Before fighting Karmelita herself, Hornet must survive three waves of Skaar minions while Karmelita sings in the background.
She wields twin daggers and uses high-speed dash swipes, blade tosses (boomerangs), and aerial spike attacks. As the fight progresses through three phases, the tempo of her music—and her attacks—increases significantly.
Upon victory, you return to the waking world and receive the Hunter's Heart. This is one of the three hearts required by the Snail Shamans to create the Everbloom and reach the game's final area in the Abyss.

'But how does this wor-' My thoughts were interrupted with a sharp pain in my right chest.
'This crazy system.'
I fell to the ground and felt I was losing consciousness.
My breastbone was cut in half and spread open. If the anesthesia wore off, the pain would feel like a massive, sharp, "cracking" pressure in the center of the chest.
Every time I try to take a breath, the two halves of the bone shift slightly. This creates a sharp, stabbing sensation that makes me want to take very shallow, rapid breaths.
This doesn't feel like a normal ache. It feels like electric shocks or a "burning" sensation that radiates from the incision site around the ribs to the back.
Because the two heart is tucked into the right side, there is new, internal pressure against the pleura (the sensitive lining of the lungs). This would feel like a constant, dull, "heavy" ache deep inside the right chest that you can't "rub" or reach.
I started to feel a localized "stretching" pain on the right side. Imagine the feeling of being "too full" after a massive meal, but instead of your stomach, it's inside your ribcage.
As the two hearts beat at different rhythms, they may physically rub against the surrounding tissues or each other. This can cause a "pleuritic" pain—a scratchy, sharp sensation every time the hearts contract.
Suddenly, the pain stopped, and I felt relieved.
'If I were a normal human, I would've died.' I thought as I felt three heartbeats.
'That motherfucker installs a heart like?!'
After a few minutes, I got up from the ground and looked at my body.
Nothing changed or...that's what I thought.
In the lore of Silksong, the Old Hearts aren't just trophies; they are dense concentrations of a Higher Being's "Will" and "Essence." If a single entity were to absorb or host both the Pollen Heart and the Hunter's Heart simultaneously, the result is a violent fusion of two opposing philosophies of power.
Combining these two hearts doesn't just make you stronger; it forces your body into a state of permanent combat-readiness.
From Karmelita, the body gains incredible metabolic speed. Your nerves fire faster, and your muscles become denser.
From Nyleth, the body gains regenerative durability. The "moss-like" essence of the Pollen Heart acts as a biological sealant, closing wounds almost as soon as they open.
With all that, I become a "Living Tank." That move with the jagged, terrifying speed of a Skaar warrior but possesses the endurance of an ancient forest.
Now When the essences of Nyleth and Karmelita mingle, they create unique "Hybrid Skills" that neither heart could produce alone:
Like Karmelita's "Commanding Song" mixes with Nyleth's "Pollen Clouds." I could emit a golden mist that doesn't just choke enemies—it subjugates them. Weaker enemies caught in the mist will stop attacking and defend the caster, believing they are protecting their king.
And when I strike an enemy, I can plant "Pollen Seeds" in the wound. Thanks to the Hunter's Heart, these seeds are "synchronized" to my heartbeat. On the third or fourth strike, the seeds detonate simultaneously, dealing massive internal damage.
And lastly If I take a heavy blow, I can release a "Scream" (Karmelita's influence) that instantly crystallizes Nyleth's pollen into a temporary armor of hardened amber, negating the next hit.
Now hosting two Higher Beings' hearts is incredibly dangerous. In Silksong lore, the hearts represent different "songs."
Karmelita's heart is a rhythmic, aggressive march.
Nyleth's heart is a slow, drifting ambient hum.
If I weren't strong enough, the two "songs" would clash inside my mind, leading to "The Discord." This causes me to suffer from hallucinations or temporary paralysis as the two hearts fight for dominance over the body's nervous system.
I wish the system would come here now and tell him to change these processes.
[What happened here?]
Speak of the devil.

Have a good day everyone. (I couldn't think of anything to tell you I just said these words only...Ok see you later everyone.)
