"...Huh? Building… demolition?"
And now sat alone in the interrogation room, his only companion was the flickering lights humming above him. Agent Suarez was outside, rushing earlier to make some calls, forgetting to completely close the door, allowing Adam to hear some of his words.
"Records… what?"
"...doesn't make sense. When?"
"...legal? Why?"
"...acquired at the date of demolition?"
Adam leaned forward slightly, straining to catch more of the conversation. But all he could really hear were Suarez's fragmented words. But… he did get the entire gist of what was happening.
Clementine and Sylvie.
The only ones who could do something like this would be them. The Hospital could have done it, too, but it wouldn't make sense for them to go on about it like this. And so, the only ones who could do this power move were they.
But… when exactly did they do this? And why…? They've already helped him in more ways than he could think of.
