It was rare to see Zoro blush, so Luffy immediately leaned in and asked with a grin, "Zoro, why's your face so red? You didn't even drink!"
Beside him, Usopp covered his mouth, his shoulders shaking as he tried not to burst into laughter.
Zoro, embarrassed and annoyed, snapped, "Less nonsense, idiot."
Robin watched the scene unfold, her expression softening. Zoro's awkward reaction looked unexpectedly cute.
The atmosphere on this ship was so different from the dark, lonely days of her past—it was warm, carefree... and for the first time, she had met a man who made her heart skip a beat.
She couldn't help herself. With a hand over her mouth, she let out a genuine laugh.
"Hehehe..."
It wasn't the polite, composed smile she usually wore. It was real.
Seeing this, Luffy's face lit up. "Everyone! Let's have a feast!"
Sanji, watching Robin laugh so beautifully, immediately spun in circles with hearts popping from his eyes. "Love! Love! This is love!"
Nami picked up a piece of fruit she had prepared and handed it to Robin with a grin. "Robin, try this—it's delicious."
Seeing Robin's hesitation, Nami added reassuringly, "Relax, it's not poisonous. Luffy and the others already had some—and they're fine... so far."
"Nani?!" Luffy's eyes bulged. "Nami! You actually thought this through? Are you secretly a genius?"
Usopp groaned with a face full of black lines. "Nami, you really are a devil!"
Sanji kept spinning like a lovesick top. "Even the devilish Nami is beautiful! Ah, love! This is love!"
On the side, Sandy could only rub his temples. "Love your grandma! The beef I gave you earlier—is it ready yet?"
"Beef?" Luffy's eyes instantly lit up. "Where? Where?! Why didn't anyone tell me?"
Moments later, Sanji brought over a perfectly roasted leg of beef, the aroma filling the air.
Sandy said, "Beef's full of protein and really chewy. Especially you, Luffy—don't just swallow it whole like you always do. Chew it properly this time."
Luffy's eyes were practically glowing. "It smells amazing! Hurry up, hurry up! I wanna try it!"
Zoro raised a brow. "Where'd you even get this beef?"
Of course, it came from the [Pheromone System Exchange].
Sandy rolled his eyes. "Why should I tell you? Sit down. I'll cut it for everyone."
He sliced the meat evenly for the crew—until only Luffy's portion remained.
Luffy waved his hand quickly. "Sandy, I'll cut mine myself! Don't worry, I won't steal anyone's share."
Sandy narrowed his eyes suspiciously but slowly pushed the plate toward him.
Luffy, acting angelic, cut off a small piece first. But before he could move again, Sandy suddenly slammed his hand down—his Observation Haki had already told him what was about to happen.
This greedy idiot planned to leave that tiny piece for everyone and devour the rest for himself!
"Oi, what's wrong?" Sanji asked.
Sandy yelled, "Chopper! Hold him down! He's trying to steal the whole thing!"
"Nani?!" Chopper gasped, leaping at Luffy and pinning him to the ground. "Luffy, you jerk! You're doing it again!"
Seeing that his plan was exposed, Luffy stopped pretending and started wrestling with all his might. "Let go of me! I just want meat! Meeeat!"
Sanji shouted, "He's serious!"
And just like that, Sandy, Sanji, and Chopper wrestled the rubber captain into submission, while chaos unfolded around the campfire.
Watching them, Zoro sighed, completely deadpan. "You could just roast another piece..."
Without missing a beat, Sandy snapped back, "This is the only one!"
Luffy tried his best to look innocent. "Come on, let me go! I promise I won't steal it anymore!"
If anyone believed that, they might as well believe pigs could climb trees.
A moment later, the three of them tied Luffy to a tree, while he stared longingly at the beef, drooling. "I said I won't steal it! Why are you still tying me up?!"
Sanji facepalmed. "Look at your face, idiot. Who do you think you're fooling?"
Chopper shouted angrily, "We don't believe you anymore!"
By the bonfire, Usopp turned to Zoro, deadpan. "Is this really our captain?"
Zoro looked away and said nothing.
Meanwhile, Robin was laughing so hard she could barely breathe.
"Hehehe... I haven't laughed like this since I was a child."
Nami was in tears, rolling on Robin's lap. "Hahaha! This crew is insane!"
A captain tied to a tree because he tried to steal dinner—if any other pirate crew saw this, they'd probably never recover from the shock.
But this was the Straw Hat Pirates—a group of the strangest, happiest idiots sailing the seas together.
