Chapter 72 - Sibling Rivalry

Hunter was already out of the hospital.

Discharge papers signed. Media kept at bay.

A black convoy waited outside, engines humming low, windows tinted so dark they reflected the chaos instead of revealing it.

Hunter leaned against the car for a second, hoodie pulled up, arm still in a sling. He looked tired but alive. Very alive.

Lia stood in front of him, arms crossed.

"You're not going on tour for at least six weeks," she said flatly.

Hunter groaned. "Lia—"

"No."

Jayjay snorted. "Bold of you to argue with the person who literally dragged you back from the edge."

Aries raised an eyebrow. "You mean dragged him or yelled him back?"

Jayjay shot him a glare. "Watch it."

Percy laughed under his breath. "See? This is why I say you two act like real siblings."

Jayjay turned slowly. "Excuse me?"

"Oh no," Aries muttered. "Here we go."

Percy continued, far too calm. "I'm just saying—you always want control. Same as"

Jayjay stepped closer. "Finish that sentence and I swear"

"same as me," Percy finished, grinning.

Tension snapped.

"Don't compare yourself to me," Jayjay said sharply.

"You wish," Percy fired back.

Aries sighed loudly. "Why do I have to be related to both of you?"

Across the lot, Angelo was speaking quietly with Kairav and Daniel. Lia joined them, rubbing her temples.

"He's impossible," she muttered.

Angelo smirked. "You raised him."

"I did not."

"You absolutely did."

Kairav chuckled. "You argue like siblings."

Lia shot him a look. "We are siblings."

"Half," Angelo corrected casually.

Lia turned. "Say that again."

Daniel coughed. "Moving on."

Behind them, chaos escalated.

Jayjay and Percy were now fully arguing.

"You always act like you're better than everyone"

"Because half the time I am."

"Oh please"

"Say it again."

Aries stepped between them. "Enough."

Jayjay scoffed. "Don't take his side."

"I'm not," Aries said. "I'm trying to stop this from becoming a scene."

Too late.

Keifer whispered to Yuri, "Is this… normal?"

Yuri replied, "I don't think anything about them is normal."

Drew watched in awe. "So these are the Dr. Bells."

Kit nodded slowly. "Makes sense."

Mayo blinked. "Why are the best doctors in the world like this?"

Eren shrugged. "Genius comes with chaos."

Hunter suddenly laughed.

Everyone turned.

Lia frowned. "You should not be laughing."

Hunter smiled at all of them Jayjay mid

argument, Percy annoyed, Aries exhausted, Lia stressed, Angelo unbothered.

"This," Hunter said softly, "is why I wanted to see you all."

Silence followed.

"You almost died," Lia said.

"I know," he replied. "And I woke up knowing you were there."

Jayjay looked away. Percy went quiet. Even Aries stopped talking.

Angelo exhaled slowly.

"Alright," he said. "Enough drama. He's discharged. He's alive. And we're leaving before someone starts another fight."

Jayjay smirked. "Too late."

Hunter stepped closer to Lia, lowering his voice. "Still my sister, yeah?"

Lia didn't hesitate. She pulled him into a careful hug.

"Always," she said.

Cameras flashed somewhere far away.

Inside the circle, the chaos softened just a little.

But everyone knew one thing now:

The world might know Hunter as a global icon.

The medical world might worship the name Dr. Bell.

But this this mess of rivalry, loyalty, and noise

was the truth Google would never show.

And it was far from over.
