Chapter 1083 - Chapter 797: Hermione's Day_2

"How did that happen?" Harry also felt a wave of curiosity, and as he spoke, he looked at Kael with a hopeful expression, seemingly very interested in the way he could get to the Ministry of Magic.

"It was the Phoenix, wasn't it? You all just experienced it yesterday, didn't you?" Kael said matter-of-factly, "The apparition of a Phoenix isn't restricted by anything, it can be done right inside the room."

The room fell silent, no one spoke, and everyone seemed to recall the same not-so-pleasant memory.

Harry immediately thought that if he had to be carried by a Phoenix to leave, then sleeping in the room wasn't so bad.

Hermione even lost her appetite, and inexplicably, she felt a touch of emotion rising in her heart, not expecting Kael to pay such a high price to help her go to the Ministry of Magic…

"Wait…"

Hermione suddenly thought of something, "Wait, I remember when you arrived at the Ministry of Magic, you looked quite normal."

"Is there a problem?" Kael blinked, a bit confused as to why she said that.

"I mean," Hermione explained, "being carried by a Phoenix for apparating shouldn't be that smooth, right?"

Thinking back to the first time she was carried by a Phoenix from Godric's Hollow to Hogsmeade, she almost threw up her breakfast from the day before.

If she was the only one, that would be one thing, but back then everyone was like that, even Sirius and Auror Tonks didn't fare much better.

But looking at Kael, the most he appeared was a bit unsteady on his feet; otherwise, he seemed just like usual, not appearing discomforted at all.

"Ah, you mean that." Kael said nonchalantly, "It's just like taking flying class, the more you fly, the more you get used to it, and then it's fine."

Hermione hesitated for a moment and didn't speak... She felt she couldn't get used to it, and unless absolutely necessary, she definitely wouldn't try it a second time.

"I must apologize for what I said before." After swallowing the pie in her mouth, Hermione looked seriously at Kael and said, "About the Muggle-Worthy Excuse Committee– I didn't understand the truth."

"It's fine, they don't know anyway." Kael waved his hand. "How do you feel?"

"Troublesome." Hermione sighed, "The work itself is not difficult, just tedious, and for now, I haven't thought of any solutions."

That day, she felt like a tape recorder, repeating various Muggle world common sense to those wizards countless times.

Key is, doing it once wasn't enough; they couldn't understand it and required explanations from different directions and angles, combined with similar situations in the magical realm, explained three times.

Hermione felt she had never spoken so many words in a day; if not for the magic potion Mr. Pelode prepared in advance, she presumed her voice would be gone by now.

"Is that job really busy?" Ron asked curiously, Harry also found it a bit unbelievable.

After all, before this, they hadn't even heard of a so-called Muggle-Worthy Excuse Committee at the Ministry of Magic.

"It's just that there's no time for rest at all." Hermione sighed, "From morning till now, it was either solving problems or on the way to solving problems. I feel like I've traveled around the United Kingdom in a day."

"This is a bit exaggerated."

"Exaggerated? Not at all, it's the truth."

"So how do you guys get around, Apparating?" Harry asked.

"Portkeys." Hermione said.

"Made your own?"

"Of course not." Hermione shook her head, "Mr. Pelode is only allowed to make Portkeys back to the Ministry of Magic, and the rest are made after we solve a problem to return."

"Go back to the Ministry of Magic?" Ron muttered, "That's too troublesome."

"There's no choice, anyone can use a Portkey, even Muggles, so it's always restricted by the Ministry of Magic." Hermione sighed, "I used more Portkeys today than I have in these past few years combined."

Saying this, Hermione sighed deeply, and took a big sip of pumpkin juice.

"What kind of stuff were you dealing with!" Ron continued to ask.

"How to put it, it's just very tedious stuff, mostly encountering clothing issues. Like this afternoon, a wizard living in the Muggle Community didn't understand why he was arrested by the police when he was just walking normally."

"Arrested by what?"

"Just Muggle Aurors." Mr. Weasley said excitedly, then looked towards Hermione, as if awaiting confirmation.

"In terms of duties, they're more like Beaters." Hermione said, "But calling them Aurors is okay too."

"You see, I told you I knew." Mr. Weasley said happily.

"So why did those Muggle Aurors need to arrest those wizards?" Ron frowned, "Because they broke the rules using magic?"

"No." Hermione shook her head.

"So they attacked Muggles?"

"No."

"Then why?"

"Because Muggle men rarely go shopping wearing only a skirt." Hermione rubbed her eyes, "Listen to me carefully, only wearing, a skirt."

"Pfft!" Harry couldn't hold it in and laughed out loud, but quickly covered his mouth when he saw Hermione's look.

"Can you imagine it, he thought the dress was a coat, and then ran to his female neighbor's house to greet her…" Hermione's voice began to shake.

"We had no choice but to use a Confundus Charm to settle the matter, and then spent two hours telling him that's not a Muggle robe and it can't be worn alone."
