"Wow this looks amazing!" Goku said happily as he walked out joining me in taking in the view.
"It sure does, but we don't have time to sightsee. At best, Frieza arrives in 30-40 days (Bulma took 10 days to fix up Kami's ship and 34 days to travel to Namek and Frieza was already there by that time), at worst, he arrives earlier than that." I explained.
"Right." Goku replied getting serious.
I then took out a Capsule and threw it and our ship was pulled inside. I took the Capsule and put it in my pocket.
"Now, I can feel 100 power levels relatively seperated which must be the Namekians. We need to find what amounts to their leader and convince them to bring all the Namekians together and this way i can protect them with a clone or two depending on if they can be gathered in one location or not." I explained.
"How do we find the leader?" Goku asked.
"I feel one power level that is significantly higher than the rest, we'll head towards that one, he's most likely the leader." I explained and Goku nodded and we both rose into the air to head to the power signature.
I realized we were heading towards the spiral so we would be meeting Elder Guru.
As we arrived we were met with a tall Namekian in orange colored garb.
"Stranger, what business do you have here?" The Namekian which I knew was Nail asked.
"We were looking for the leader of the Namekians on this planet and were hoping to get permission to use your dragon balls." I explained.
Nail looked at us skeptically.
"The dragon balls are split between each of the six villages and there is a trial you must pass before you can claim them." Nail explained.
"That's fine." I replied with a smile.
"As for meeting with our leader, you are in luck, Elder Guru resides in this place and he is already expecting you Saiyans." Nail explained which surprised Goku.
I was also a little surprised, but I suppose I'm a part of this timeline so he'd know about me.
"Follow me." Nail said and walked off.
We followed him inside a large Namekian building and we saw a huge throne and the Namekian sitting upon it definitely screamed Elder.
"Hello young man. So you seek the dragon balls and to meet with me?" Guru asked me.
"Hello, great Elder of the Namekians. My name is Zenaku and you are correct. The Dragon balls could help me raise my strength for the coming conflict as well as my friend Goku here, but that isn't the most pressing issue." I replied.
"What is most pressing?" Guru asked.
"In at least 30 days time, a tyrant who fancies himself an emperor and a conqueror will arrive here searching for the dragon balls. His power eclipses my own so I hope to grow stronger to face him, but he is not the only threat out there. There are many powerful enemies that we will face in the future." I explained hoping him
Reading my memories will tell him everything he needs to know.
"If it is power you seek, I can use my power to unlock your latent potential as well as the potential of the one next to you. That should raise your power effectively." Guru explained.
"And how does that work exactly?" I asked.
"Come forward and I will place my hand on your head." Guru said.
I listened to what he said and walked forward. He placed his hand on my head, I closed my eyes and I suddenly felt a warmth flowing throughout my body and a flash of golden light seemed to appear in my vision even though my eyes were closed and the light continued to grow and grow and just before it seemed ready to explode, the warm feeling stopped and everything seemed to calm down.
Everyone had been staring at me in shock as they had never felt so much power in their entire lives. Every one of the Namekians in the nearby vicinity, with the exception of Guru, and Nail who was protected by Guru, fainted.
Noticing this I had quickly suppressed my power and looked towards Guru apologetically but he didn't seem to mind as if he expected my power.
"I am sorry, I wasn't able to unlock more, you would have to come back again if you needed to, now let me help..." He didn't finish speaking as if prompting Goku to reveal his name.
"My name's Goku, I really appreciate your help and hope you can make me as strong as Zenaku." Goku said cheerily.
As Goku was getting his potential unlocked I had fully contained my power to the lowest possible level, but I had felt my sheer power, it was amazing.
I was able to figure out my own power level and it was 348,000,000 that was an overwhelming power level and miles ahead of the base power Goku supposedly had at the beginning of Super which was 70,000,000 as they had had a lot of years without any big bads to deal with but everyone except Gohan had kept training.
Not only was my power immense, I had sensed it, that golden light, it could only be Super Saiyan. And if my guess is right, it's only missing a catalyst to activate it. Well i hope I can get it soon.
Goku just finished his and I could sense his power as well before he suppressed it as I did. His power level was 4,260,000. He was so far ahead of his prior strength it's crazy. I might let Goku fight Frieza instead and he can get his Zenkai but that may or may not happen, we'll see.
Guru then looked back at me.
"Not only has your power increased dramatically, I sensed a glimpse of something far more powerful inside you. You should continue to grow and you may soon find out what it is." Guru explained.
"Thank you Grand Elder." I said with a bow.
"As for the Dragon balls, there are trials you must complete..." He began before I interrupted him.
"Before you begin, I woukd just like to say that when Frieza gets here, he will not discriminate, if your people don't give him what he wants he will cut through every single one of them to get to the dragon balls." I explained.
Seeing as I seemed to be going somewhere with my explanation, Guru told me to continue.
"If you allow us to use the dragon balls without the trials, and bring as many people as you can from the villages here, I will protect them with my life." I explained as I had the Multiform Technique to split my focus.
That's three clones that would now have a power level of 87,000,000 each. Perfect for protecting the Namekians and it would allow me to fight Frieza on a more even level as it'd be entirely too easy for me otherwise.
I may be trying to grow stronger for the future, but I am still a Saiyan. Battle is in my blood and being able to fight a powerful opponent is exhilarating.
Guru seemed to think for a second. He wasn't able to read the first Saiyans memories at all which is a situation he has never encountered before so it was hard to say he trusted him, but he should be able to confirm it by what wishes he asks for.
"Very well, Nail gather the dragon balls from the villages. If they ask questions, them to consider it an order from me." Guru said.
"It will be done Grand Elder." Nail said and flew off into the distance.
