"This is... Arlong Park in Cocoyasi Village?"
"That's right."
The door now connected directly to Nami's hometown.
"The Doa Doa no Mi can do this?" Shizuka frowned.
She remembered that while the Doa Doa no Mi allowed long-distance travel, it shouldn't be this absurd.
Otherwise, CP9 wouldn't have needed the Sea Train.
Blueno could've just opened a door straight to Enies Lobby.
"It's not the Doa Doa no Mi," Emiya explained. "I optimized it and upgraded it into the Supe Supe no Mi. This is its most basic ability."
"A Space Gate."
Shizuka understood immediately.
Then she sighed. "Your ability is getting more and more ridiculous."
"It's not that bad," Emiya said modestly. "Compared to Doraemon's Anywhere Door, it's still far behind."
Shizuka rolled her eyes.
Emiya pointed at the open gate. "It's been a few days since we left Cocoyasi Village. I want to go back and let Nami know we're fine. Also, I still need to deal with those five hundred pounds of tangerines."
He paused.
"What about you? Want to come with me?"
"Sure," Shizuka said without hesitation.
Emiya turned to Robin. "If anyone asks, just say Shizuka and I went to the East Blue."
Robin nodded.
Emiya and Shizuka stepped through the Space Gate together.
They arrived at Arlong Park, then flew straight toward Nami's house.
Behind them, the Space Gate disappeared as Emiya deactivated the ability.
Before long, they reached the house.
But it was empty.
They checked the tangerine grove as well.
No one.
That surprised Emiya.
As he stepped back outside, he saw Genzo walking past.
His face was still covered in scars, and he limped slightly.
Emiya stopped him.
When Genzo saw Emiya, shock and joy flashed across his face.

They had planned to execute Arlong themselves.

She immediately persuaded the villagers to hand Arlong over to the Marines instead.
