Chapter 34 - " The Arena Explosion "

Inside the basketball arena.

The crowd roared. Hungry for the fight.

Hidden among them, Diego held up his phone, secretly livestreaming.

Beside him sat Kaz, rigid with rage. His eyes were locked on Victor, who lounged above them in a private VIP box—sinking into a massive, luxurious chair.

Then—

A group of guards pushed a huge metal container into the arena on a heavy cart.

They surrounded it from all sides, gripping electric shock batons.

The crowd tensed.

Victor's lips curled into a wicked smile.

"Here we go."

Something big shifted inside the container. Loud. Heavy.

The guards rolled it toward the edge of a massive pit, ringed with barbed wire.

Diego leaned closer to Kaz and whispered.

"Oh my God… what is that?"

"I think… it's the Frog Twins."Kaz.

Victor's voice boomed through the loudspeakers.

"Ladies and gentlemen… welcome our contestants!"

"The giants. The destroyers."

"THE FROOOOOOG TWINS!"

"Brothers Mick and Mikkel!"

Kaz smirked.

"Yeah. Knew it."

The container doors burst open.

Two massive figures lunged out.

They crashed into the pit—

BOOM.

The ground shook like a small earthquake.

The audience felt a ripple of fear.

Diego whispered to Kaz again.

"Poor bastard… whoever has to fight them."

"Probably some unlucky prisoners."Kaz.

Up above, Victor chuckled to himself.

"Hehehe… that felt like an earthquake."

He grabbed the microphone again.

Victor:

"And now, ladies and gentlemen…"

"Let's bring in the other side."

"Please welcome our first challenger!"

A man stepped out of the darkness.

Four guards escorted him. A heavy control collar was locked around his neck, connected to long shock poles. His hands were bound with thick iron cuffs.

Diego narrowed his eyes.

"That's a mutant… not a regular prisoner. I've seen him before in captivity."

Kaz suddenly blurted out, louder than he meant to—

"Samado?!"

Diego instantly shushed him.

"Shhh! Lower your voice! You'll draw attention!"

Kaz glared up at Victor.

"That scumbag just flipped the game. Made it even dirtier."

Diego nodded slowly.

"Yeah. He's making mutants fight each other now."

"But he's never done that before. If mutants start dying, his profits drop long-term."

Kaz scoffed.

"He'd do anything for money. His problem is greed."

Diego thought for a moment.

"Maybe he'll add rules to the match."

"I doubt he'll allow mutants to die."

Victor's voice thundered again through the speaker's

"Our first mutant!"

"The man who entertained you with his mastery of torture!"

"Welcome… the KING OF INSECTS!"

"The master of agony!"

"Give it up for— SAMADO!"

The guards slowly pushed him forward… then shoved him into the pit.

Samado landed between the two giants.

He slowly lifted his head.

The brothers stared down at him—grinning viciously.

Mick:

"Hahaha… what's wrong, tank? Lose your way?"

Samado sighed.

"Great… just what I was missing."

Victor continued excitedly.

"And last—but certainly not least…"

"Please welcome his partner in this match!"

"The man of lightning!"

"The human battery!"

"The cold-blooded ninja assassin!"

"The man who turned the bodies of his enemies into works of art!"

"SOYOOOOOO ZAKIIIIIII!"

Kaz raised his eyebrows.

"Wow… he praised him more than he ever praises us."

Diego shrugged.

"Clearly his favorite."

Soyo entered, also bound. Four guards surrounded him, holding him by a control pole locked to his collar.

Victor leaned forward eagerly.

"Here comes my boy."

Diego: "That's a mutant!… I remember him. I saw one of his fights before he got caught."

Kaz: "Soyo… he's like a battery. His body stores electricity, then unleashes it in a fight."

The guards carefully approached the pit—

Then threw Soyo in.

Inside the arena pit—

Samado stood ready, facing the Frog Twins only a few meters away.

Soyo landed beside him.

Samado smirked.

"Well, seeing you here."

Soyo stood up, confused.

"What the hell is this?"

Samado glanced up at Victor.

"That son of a bitch… made us fight each other."

Mick laughed loudly.

"What's wrong, tank? Scared of us?"

"Hahaha… honestly, I get it. It's unfair putting you two against us!"Mikkel

Samado smirked.

"Why would I be scared? You're too fat to catch me."

Mikkel chuckled.

"Long tongue, tank."

The four fighters stood tense.

The air felt suffocating.

Then Victor's voice exploded across the arena—

"LET… THE FIIIIIGHT… BEGIN!"

Soyo dropped into a fighting stance.

Electric sparks flickered around his hands.

Soyo: "Let's do this."

Mikkel laughed.

"Oh no… the battery's serious. I'm terrified!"

Mick stomped forward.

THUD… THUD… THUD…

Then he leapt toward them.

Mick: "HERE I COOOOME!"

Samado: "Watch out!"

They split apart—Samado to the right, Soyo to the left.

Mick crashed into the ground.

BOOM.

Dust exploded everywhere.

The crowd roared louder.

Mikkel laughed from the side.

"Hahaha! Why'd you dodge?"

"Too heavy for you to lift?"

Samado raised both hands—

A swarm of wasps erupted from around him and shot toward Mick.

Samado: "Take this, fatass!"

But the wasps hit his thick, greasy skin…

And died instantly.

Mick grinned.

"Big tank… didn't you notice?"

"Your little bugs are dying."

He walked toward him.

THUD… THUD… THUD…

Mikkel laughed loudly.

"Looks like he hates them so much he's sending them to suicide!"

Samado retreated toward Soyo.

"This is going to be harder than I thought."samado.

Soyo stayed in a combat stance, sparks crackling.

Samado muttered—

"I don't think we stand a chance."

"Just avoid them. They're slow."Soyo.

Mikkel stepped forward.

"You… battery boy. Show me what you've got."

He threw a punch.

Soyo dodged easily.

Another punch.

Dodged again.

Mikkel: "Stand still, you electrified bug!"

He clasped his hands together and jumped to smash him.

Soyo flipped forward and avoided it.

BOOM.

The impact shook the arena.

Up in the stands—

Victor sat comfortably, eating popcorn, laughing.

Wealthy spectators around him placed bets on the mutants.

Back in the pit—

Mick slammed Samado to the ground.

Samado instantly released a swarm of bees toward Mick's face—aiming for his ears and nose.

Soyo frowned.

"You're wasting your energy."

"I'm trying to hit anything sensitive."Samado

Mikkel suddenly spat a glue-like substance at Soyo.

Soyo dodged—sliding between his legs.

Then he delivered a fast electric kicks to his leg.

Mikkel lost balance for a split second.

Soyo seized the moment.

He jumped onto Mikkel's back—

Grabbed his head—

And unleashed a violent electric shock.

Mikkel screamed.

His body convulsed.

But he grabbed Soyo and threw him.

Soyo slammed into Samado.

Both crashed into a corner of the pit.

Samado groaned.

"Our attacks don't affect them."

Soyo shook his head.

"Not exactly… we just need to dodge until they get tired."

Suddenly—

Mick jumped toward them.

They rolled away.

BOOM.

Mick slammed into the ground again.

He growled.

Mick:

"Come on, insects!"

"Fight us and stop running!"

Soyo rushed forward.

He dodged a punch and delivered several rapid electric strikes into Mick's ribs.

No effect.

Mick swatted him away.

Soyo flew back.

Mick laughed loudly.

"Hahaha! That tickles!"

Up in the stands, Victor grinned.

"What a match… come on Soyo, impress us!"

Diego watched from the crowd.

"The twins barely feel anything."

Kaz nodded.

"Yeah. Their skin's too thick. But they're slow—they can't catch them."

Suddenly—

Mick rolled forward like a giant ball toward Samado.

Samado's eyes widened.

"What the hell?!"

He jumped away and landed beside Soyo.

Samado: "They can roll like balls!"

Soyo cursed.

"Great. Just what we needed."

Samado quickly whispered—

"Here's the plan."

"I distract them. You climb up and shock their head."

"I saw how that affected Mikkel earlier."

Soyo nodded.

"Yeah… I'll overload their brains."

Samado released a thick swarm of insects at Mikkel's face.

At the same time—

Soyo sprinted forward.

He leapt onto Mikkel's back like a ninja—

Grabbed his head—

And fired repeated electric shocks.

Mikkel flailed wildly.

He staggered into his brother—

CRASH!

Both giants slammed into the ground.

Soyo and Samado stood side by side.

Samado grinned.

"That actually worked!"

They bumped fists.

Up above—

Victor jumped to his feet, clapping excitedly.

"That was amazing!"

But the twins slowly stood back up.

Soyo frowned.

"Effective… but not for long."

In the stands—

Diego nodded.

"That was smart."

Kaz sighed.

"Yeah… but only temporary."

The twins stood again, furious.

Mick:

"I can't believe two insects knocked us down."

Mikkel:

"How dare you!"

He suddenly curled into a rolling ball and charged.

Samado: "Oh great… ball again."

They split apart.

Then Mick rolled too.

Soyo dodged with agile ninja flips and rolls—but he was starting to breathe hard.

Two massive rolling bodies rushed through the pit.

There was nowhere to escape.

Samado muttered—

"They're faster now."

Suddenly—

Mick slammed into him and hurled him into the wall.

Samado crashed hard.

Then Mikkel smashed Soyo across the pit.

Soyo groaned.

"Damn it…"

Meanwhile—

Victor was still watching the fight intensely.

Then his phone rang.

Victor frowned.

"Not now…"

He answered.

It was his secretary.

Her voice trembled.

"Sir… we lost Malera prison."

"All the prisoners… and the mutants… have escaped."

Victor froze.

Total shock.

Then—

CRASHING sounds echoed through the corridors.

Gunfire erupted.

Guards shouting.

The crowd suddenly went silent.

Everyone turned toward the left entrance.

Diego frowned.

"What's happening over there?"

Kaz's hands ignited with flames.

"I don't know…"

"But they're losing control of something."

"And this is my chance to kill that bald old bastard."

Suddenly—

BOOOOM!

A wall on the right side of the arena exploded inward.

Dust and debris blasted across the hall.

Panic erupted.

The crowd screamed and ran in chaos.

Victor stared at the destroyed wall, sweating.

"What the hell is going on?!"

Diego and Kaz turned toward the destruction.

Down in the pit—

The fight had stopped.

Mikkel stood over Soyo on the ground—then turned toward the noise.

Mick was holding Samado… but released him and looked up.

Through the dust—

A figure appeared.

Khaled.

He stood there calmly, resting a massive Doom axe on his shoulder.

Beside him stood Simon, cracking his knuckles.

And Hana stood on the other side.

Khaled spoke calmly.

"Let's finish this mission quickly."
