Chapter 251 - Chapter 251: The Grandpa with Cheats: Norgannon

Kana Darkwalker, Hu'en Highmountain, Hothman Thoridan, and others stepped forward. This was a moment to show courage and determination to Algalon, and no one would back down.

Sethonis even had his War Golems bring the injured Metri, Draksa, and others forward.

Algalon shook his head helplessly, clearly not optimistic about the mortals' actions.

Freya waved her hand, spreading life energy to heal the injured.

"Warriors, your courage is worthy of everyone's respect!" Freya said, "You were able to defeat Loken, and I believe you can also defeat Yogg-Saron!"

Mimiron then said, "I suggest you go to the Forge of Wills first to forge your will, so you won't feel fear when facing Yogg-Saron directly."

Everyone felt indignant; they were definitely the most courageous warriors in this world, so why would they need to strengthen their will?

But Gale said, "Lord Mimiron, please do this yourself."

"Of course, but I need a new body."

Mimiron stepped outside, and Gale motioned for everyone to follow.

Freya said to Algalon, "Hodir has not yet been purified; I'm afraid he will need your help."

Algalon nodded, "Take me to see him!"

Upon arriving in the antechamber, Algalon saw the unconscious Hodir and exclaimed in shock, "How can this be? Did Hodir also side with Yogg-Saron?"

Freya said with a deeper meaning, "Loken had the Faceless Ones infuse Shadow Power into our bodies. Gale purified me, bringing me back to consciousness. Just as I was about to purify Hodir, you arrived. With your strength, you should be able to purify Hodir, right?"

Algalon nodded, "Of course!"

He used starlight to purify Hodir, and after a long while, Hodir slowly regained consciousness.

He looked around in confusion, "What happened?"

When he saw Algalon, he was also startled: "Algalon? When did you arrive? You haven't already reset the world, have you?"

"If you had woken up a few days later, the world might have been reset," Algalon teased.

Freya retorted, "It's also possible he would have seen your corpse."

Hodir became even more confused, "What happened?"

Freya briefly described the events, and only then did Hodir realize how much had transpired.

Kologarn looked at Algalon with fear; he was terrified of this cold-blooded observer. But his duty as a gatekeeper remained; if he dared to leave, Algalon would probably delete him first.

The mechanical gnomes had prepared many bodies for Mimiron. After re-entering a body, Mimiron immediately led everyone to the Forge of Wills. Strengthening one's will was not a simple task, and strengthening it to a point where Yogg-Saron could not shake it was even more difficult.

Taking advantage of this time, Gale took out the devourer of gods to examine Loken's soul.

On the pages of the devourer of gods, behind Loken's image, there was another shadow. Gale extended his consciousness to investigate, and that shadow immediately followed his consciousness into his body.

"This is..."

Gale was surprised by what was happening. Just as he was about to use the Reaver's Scythe to eradicate the shadow, he suddenly felt an infinite amount of knowledge entering his mind.

That was the knowledge of Norgannon, the Dreamweaver. The shadow was a soul fragment of Norgannon that had escaped to Azeroth.

It turned out that during the War of Nyloth, Norgannon protected the souls of the Titans and sent them to Azeroth. However, their souls still could not escape Sargeras's pursuit. Only a portion of the soul fragments reached Azeroth and entered the bodies of the Guardians.

Loken himself possessed the power and knowledge bestowed by Norgannon, so he did not notice Norgannon's soul fragment entering his body. Later, because the Hall of the Pantheon did not respond to the Guardians' inquiries, Loken became melancholic, became intimate with Sif, and then killed Sif.

Later, he became involved with Yogg-Saron and received an infusion of Shadow Power. His strength increased, but he believed it was all Yogg-Saron's doing. In fact, a large part of it was due to Norgannon's soul fragment, which allowed him to quickly use Shadow Power.

And now, Norgannon's soul fragment benefited Gale.

Gale put on Azshara's crown and, with the help of Arcane Baptism, immersed himself in Norgannon's magical knowledge. Already possessing a solid knowledge system, Gale easily deciphered Norgannon's knowledge.

Norgannon's magical knowledge was mainly divided into several categories. The first category was titan runes. titan runes could be called primordial runes, the earliest runes of the world. Titans were born knowing these runes, but each understood them differently. Norgannon collected all the titan runes of the Hall of the Pantheon for study, which allowed Norgannon to cast any spell, even opposing Shadow Power or Death Power.

The second category was Norgannon's understanding of Arcane magic. Arcane was mysterious yet powerful, and it was corrupting. Norgannon's understanding of Arcane was the best in the entire universe, which is why he was able to weave the world's entire ley lines and unleash powerful Arcane spells.

The third category was the fusion of other magic and Arcane magic, such as Elune's three powers of starlight, moonlight, and sunlight, all of which were variations of Arcane magic with other magic incorporated.

Although he couldn't learn all this knowledge at once, Gale could always access Norgannon's soul fragment and retrieve this knowledge. This was like carrying an old man with him, like having a cheat code.

Gale had been racking his brain on how to defeat Yogg-Saron. Don't let his tough stance with Algalon fool you; it was out of necessity. He had already planned that if he couldn't defeat Yogg-Saron, he would kill Algalon.

Now, with the magical knowledge from Norgannon's soul fragment, Gale was confident he could defeat Yogg-Saron.

He took out the arcane gem, copied a portion of the knowledge from Norgannon's soul fragment, and infused it into the arcane gem. Then he etched a large number of titan runes into the gem.

After the titan runes were imprinted into the gem, the power of the arcane gem drastically increased. A powerful force field even appeared around the gem, grinding Gale's glove into ashes, which floated in the air and dissipated.

Gale's expression changed slightly, and he quickly extended a glove made of Natural Power, then embedded the arcane gem into it.

The arcane gem's force field also affected Natural Power, but as long as Gale continuously filled in the gaps with Natural Power, he could maintain a balance and prevent the arcane gem from being lost.

"Yogg-Saron, it seems even the heavens want to destroy you!"
