Dorian leaned back in his chair, and a faint, almost devilish expression appeared on his face. "That just means they are either delaying things while researching about us or planning to destroy us."
The room became quiet again. Garrick's fingers slowly tightened around his arm as he looked toward Dorian."It seems they won't be taking us seriously until we show them some of our might."
Cedric glanced toward him. "Showing our might could also be seen as a threat."
Garrick gave a small nod. "I know."
His voice remained firm as he continued, "But sitting here and waiting while they decide our fate isn't going to help either."
