Efi is confident, sharp, and playful. She has a strong will and enjoys teasing others. She works hard to keep the farm and her bar running, but she never loses her sly smile or sense of humor. 


She manages the household and farm with Stathis after their grandparents start traveling. In the village, she is respected as a capable, striking woman. At home, her presence unsettles Stathis because she blends genuine care with teasing. 


To outsiders, she seems like his guardian and mentor. To Stathis, she feels like both a mother figure and an older sister. Underneath her warmth and mischief, Efi sees more in him than just a nephew. She admires his quiet strength and endurance, and part of her imagines him not only as family but also as a future lover.
