The researchers and other ordinary people behind him collapsed to the ground as if suffocating, losing consciousness.
"I will show you true power! Submit to me, and you can have all of this!" Darth Sidious's tone became elevated, laced with madness. He increased his power!
Amir's shield shattered completely. His entire body was pressed into the air by an invisible hand, and a piercing pain shot through every part of him.
Under the stimulation of the pain, the muscles in Amir's face twitched and contorted. He ground his teeth. Not only that, but the dark Force also began to assault his mind. Stabbing pains shot through his brain!
Is this the power of the Sith Emperor... Amir had already guessed his power was high, but he had still far underestimated him. The Sith Emperor was still toying with him, using only a fraction of his strength.
Amir had no power to fight back. The threat of death, unfinished business, people he hadn't said goodbye to... one scene after another flooded his mind. Fear finally began to spread.
The pain didn't stop. Darth Sidious watched the struggling Amir with great interest. He enjoyed this scene, as if completing a fine work of art, using pain as a carving knife to sculpt deep-seated fear, leaving it forever in the heart.
"Submit to me, or die in agony!" The Sith Emperor smiled grotesquely, as if victory was in his grasp. "I created you. You should be honored to become my tool!"
BD-4 nudged Amir anxiously, but it was useless. It looked at the black shadow in front, rushed forward fearlessly, and extended its electrode to attack! But its fragile body was sent flying by the chaotic Force field before it could even get close to Sidious, and it stopped moving.
Pain continued to torment Amir. Blood began to seep from the corners of his mouth. His entire body turned red, and the feeling of suffocation emerged.
He lowered his head and saw BD-4, crashed on the floor. His anger rose!
His body gradually became unable to breathe. His mind began to blur. But everything that had happened on the way appeared in his mind: the stinking corpse pit, the twisted, fallen bodies, the indifferent researchers, the combat droids modified from human bodies!
Buried beneath the Empire's glorious exterior was the filthiest reality. For their own selfish interests, thousands of Force-sensitives were captured, subjected to inhumane experiments. And the endless clones... they never even opened their eyes before they were used, slaughtered, and discarded like livestock!
Milisen, dragged into darkness by pain. Mona. 32, who had endured pain every moment for 16 years. All the children at the Adrian base.
And himself.
All were just insects struggling in this dark net, unable to escape!
And this was just a minuscule part of the atrocities committed by the entire Empire!
Amir remembered Boris's words. One day, they will control you... No one can escape.
In his agony, his remaining consciousness could do no more. The emotions Amir had suppressed were completely released, unconstrained. He felt another power hidden within his emotions—vast, violent, and surging!
The dark side... It doesn't matter... I can't escape anyway...
At this moment, the only thing in Amir's eyes was Sidious. He was the culprit behind it all. His accumulated anger exploded. All he wanted was for the person in front of him to pay the price! No matter what power he used! It didn't matter what the future held!
"Yes! Haha! That's the look!" Sidious laughed loudly. His dry skin split with his smile into a hideous arc, trembling as he spoke.
"Ahhhh!!!" Amir roared in pain. Following his cry, a new power erupted from his body. The dark Force restraining him was rapidly disintegrated. The surrounding lights began to flicker wildly. Then the walls, the ventilation shafts, the computer, everything... began to tremble violently!
"Good~ Good~" Sidious's smile widened.
Amir's body landed on the ground. His bloodshot eyes stared death at the Sith Emperor. The lightsaber in his hand ignited instantly, its green blade emitting the only light in the pitch-black room!
Amir felt the Force in his body was stronger than ever. Everything around him was in his grasp. The next moment, Amir focused all his attention on Sidious.
Despite wielding unprecedented power, in Amir's eyes, the Sith Emperor's body was still shrouded in a dense black fog—dark, vast, and impenetrable.
He was still smiling, exceptionally happy, just like John Morley had been. Disgusting.
But this time, there would be no accident. The only two people standing in the room were them.
Amir's mind was empty, filled only with surging rage. He only wanted to use the lightsaber in his hand to tear apart the ugly face and rotten heart of the man before him.
Mobilizing the Force in his body to its peak, Amir charged forward at extreme speed!
. . .
Ahsoka provided cover for Veronica. They hid the backpack in a hidden corner on Floor 150. After doing this, they looked at each other and started back up the stairs.
Before they had gone a few floors, Ahsoka's body suddenly stiffened. Her face darkened.
"What's wrong?" Veronica almost bumped into her back and asked, confused.
"Amir..." Ahsoka said blankly.
Seeing Ahsoka's expression, Veronica's heart suddenly panicked. A bad premonition welled up. "What's wrong?!"
"I don't know..." Ahsoka said with a frown. She quickly began to call Parks.
"Parks?! What's your situation?" The call connected quickly. Ahsoka asked.
"I—We—are—out—of the—base. The—children—are—safe—kssht." The signal was intermittent, but the meaning was barely clear.
"Where's Amir? Is Amir with you?" Ahsoka continued to ask.
"No—kssht. He went—to the—center—to get—data," Parks replied.
"He might be in danger!" Ahsoka said directly.
"Amir's in danger?" Parks, climbing out of the sewer, suddenly had a clear signal.
Obi-Wan heard Parks and stopped. He turned and said, "There shouldn't be anything here that could threaten him..."
Suddenly, Obi-Wan felt a change in that familiar ripple in the Force, far away. It made his chest feel inexplicably tight.
He stopped, his face growing grim. He reached out, handing a child he was carrying to 32.
"You take the children to the ship, then head directly to the central hangar! I'm going back to check." Obi-Wan didn't wait for a reply and ran back the way he came.
"Obi-Wan is heading back!" Parks said to Ahsoka, watching the retreating figure.
Ahsoka looked at her current floor, 176. After a brief thought, she said to Veronica, "Amir is on Floor 101. Let's get back to the ship, quickly! To that hangar!"
With that, the two ran rapidly up the stairs.
