Meanwhile, Shigaraki clenches both his fists when Blonsky tranquilized the dog. He loved dogs. He had a family dog once before he accidentally killed him when his Quirk manifested. It was the only family member who comforts him from his father's abuse apart from his sister. He hoped that Banner kills Blonsky for what he did.
Eri pitied the poor dog. He didn't deserve that since he only warned Banner from being captured. She hopes that he'll be fine.

"Wow, what a bad timing." Kaminari smirked while Mineta was biting his thumb from jealousy.
"Seriously!? Why are Iron Man and this fugitive scientist so lucky with women!?" Mineta complained as the girls glared at him.

"Why did she help him?" Sato questioned.
"She owes him for saving her earlier so she's returning the favor," Midnight said. "Although, I don't think she would help him if she knew he's a fugitive."
"But now Banner can easily escape." Iida said.

"His disguised definitely didn't work." Natsuo said.
"Great, they found him. Wait... that's a good thing right? Since he's a fugitive." Uraraka questioned as she was confused on who to root for.
The student were unsure as well. The protagonist of this story is Bruce Banner but he's the villain of this story, not the hero regarding of what Kiddo said. Of course they chose to root for the government since rooting for a villain is absurd but Midoriya, Mirio, Tokoyami, Shishida, and Eri didn't choose a side yet.
Midoriya and Mirio were wondering why Banner became a villain. They didn't see the evilness in Banner and he wasn't faking on being a nice person as others proclaimed. They genuinely saw a good person in Banner even if he killed people, but it was probably an accident because of his Quirk just like how Eri accidentally killed her father because of her dangerous Quirk.
Tokoyami and Shishida were still observing the protagonist when the two of them were compared to him by Kiddo. They still didn't see how similar they are but they'll probably understand later of the story.
Meanwhile, the villains obviously rooted for Banner as they have high hatred anything related to the so-called "law and order". They saw him as an unfortunate soul who is hunted by the law because of being a monster when he was not. He was one of them so they understand what it was like. They didn't care whether he was a hero of this story or not, he was just like them.

"It looks like Blonsky is taking a shortcut." All Might said.
"How does he even know it's a shortcut when he hasn't been in that place before?" Tetsutetsu asked.
"Instinct?" Shoda answered.

The villains laughed when the soldier fell off the roof because he couldn't see where he was going due to the clothes while the heroes pitied the soldier but were impressed by Banner's knowledge.
"He knows the environment for five months so he has a slight advantage over the soldiers," Nezu said. "That's quite impressive for a villain."
"What the hell is he doing!? He should used his Quirk to kill those soldier bastards instead of running away like a p*ssy!" Shigaraki stated. "Uncontrollable Quirk, my ass! He's doing well for keeping it controllable!"
"It's because he doesn't want to use it." Eri mumbled as she hoped that he'll escape without harming anyone.

"Oh no, his heart rate." Makoto worriedly said.
"The people will be in danger if he activates his Quirk!" All Might worriedly stated.
"He has to stop running before people will be killed." Fuyumi said.
"Why would he? He's a villain," Vlad reminded as some of the teacherw and students agreed with him. "All villains have no respect for human life. All they want is violence."
Toga pulled out her knife from her pocket and attempted to stab the vampiric hero, but Kiddo stopped her as she managed to calm down. Shigaraki ignored the hero since he was excited to see his dangerous Quirk, same with All For One and Dabi.

This tension arise for the heroes. The heroes were worried when the watch started to beat faster while Shigaraki felt shivering of excitement crawling throughout his body.
"Come on...!" Shigaraki said.

"Huh!? Why the hell did he stopped!?" Shigaraki angrily asked.
"I think he's... relaxing his heart rate." Midoriya said.
"Why would he do that?" Nejire asked.
"It's because he doesn't want to use it." Eri said which surprised everyone by the reason.
"It looks you're quite wrong, Vladdy." Midnight teased.
Vlad grumbled, "Whatever."
The heroes didn't expect that Banner was preventing from using his Quirk. They speculated that he didn't use it earlier because he would be found by Ross but since he's found, why wouldn't he used it? Banner is particularly odd for a villain. They were grateful that he wasn't reckless as most villains.
This action proved that Mirio was right that Banner wasn't an actual villain, because he's trying to calm his heart rate to prevent the people around from being killed. If he have never met Eri, he wouldn't have understand that the two of them shared similarities.
This action also reminded Tokoyami when he had to calm Dark Shadow to prevent him from attacking his family and neighbors when he manifested it. He wondered if this was the moment that Kiddo wanted him to understand their similarities but he didn't think so. Not yet anyway.

All Might sighed in relief, "He managed to calm himself down."
When Blonsky saw Banner, he immediately take a shot while there were civilians. The heroes thought that he was reckless when he shot Banner while there were still civilians around.
"That was an idiotic move," Aizawa criticized. "At least the civilians weren't hurt."
"Yeah, he's probably going to do more damage than Banner but it's understandable why he did that since Banner is a fugitive and he must fulfill his orders." All Might said.
The heroes stated in their thoughts that Blonsky should understand that being soldiers is to also ensure the safety of civilians and not just shooting or capturing the target.

"They have met again after five months." Tokoyami said.
"Oh boy, Ross looks eager to capture him." Ashido said.
"Can you blame him? Banner essentially harmed him, his men, and the girl," Yaoyorozu said. "Of course he'll be eager."
"But I feel like there's something more than a simple grudge." Midoriya said.

"Great. It's the jerks again." Ashido rolled her eyes when Banner bumped into the three idiotic scumbags.
"He doesn't have time to deal with them." Dabi said.
"I can tell by their expression that they won't let this small offence go without a punishment," Shinso said. "I hate those type of people."
"I want to see them get killed." Toga grinned while doing knife tricks easily.

"It looks like the jiu-jitsu training is paying off." Ojiro said.
"But now those jerks are chased by them as well." Kendo said.
"That could be a problem," Naomasa said. "They're going to be roped into the operation without knowing about it. They might ruin it, or worse, being killed by either the soldiers or Banner's uncontrollable Quirk."
"Then let's hope that Banner manages to lose them before it's too late." All Might hoped.

"It looks like Banner attempts to lose the jerks in the factory," Midoriya said. "It's a good plan to be honest."
"Yeah, but there's a flaw in his plan," Aizawa said. "Those men probably knew more of the terrain than Banner. Since they have been working there longer than him, they probably knew all the shortcuts and hiding places so Banner is giving himself a disadvantage instead of an advantage."
"Then he's in trouble." Uraraka said.
"At least the military would capture him easily if he's caught by the jerks." Todoroki said.

"Oh no, his heart rate is beating again." Uraraka worriedly said.
"Those idiots needs to get out of there before Banner activates his Quirk," Ectoplasm said. "He probably can't hold back his Quirk anymore."
"Let him activate it! I want to see how dangerous it is!" Shigaraki said. "You all are curious as well, right?"
Although the audience were worried that he would activate, they were interested on what his Quirk was, so Shigaraki was correct. Because they were rooting for the government on capturing Banner that they never thought about his Quirk... well except for Midoriya who has been curious since the opening sequence.

"The assholes really have to stop looking for him! Banner didn't fully calm down yet!" Fuyumi said.
"I hope the military will tranquilize him before he uses his Quirk." All Might said though he's curious of Banner's Quirk but he prefers seeing it in a contained room.

Toga scoffed, "Please. You got it coming."
"It looks Banner is in trouble." Dabi said. "He needs to find a way to get out of there, otherwise, he'll be caught by the military."
"I normally dislike the actions of these men, but at least they managed to hold Banner down until they arrive." Midnight said.
"But it's risky considering his heart rate is still increasing." Aizawa pointed out.

"Just listen to him. Please!" Eri said.
Eri understood what Mr. Banner was trying to do. He's worried for the safety of the bullies and he's also afraid of what he's going to do to those men. It reminded her of when the lackeys of Overhaul died because of her persistence. It was very clear that she and Mr. Banner were the same.
The heroes and students were also worried for the men but they were also surprised that Banner refused to use his Quirk despite being ganged up by the assholes. He was trying to protect them but it wasn't going to work as his heart rate is increasing drastically.
The villains were excited that Banner is finally going to use his Quirk after neglecting it throughout the story. All For One particularly leaned towards the screen as he gets to see how powerful and dangerous his Quirk is.
"You have no choice now, Banner," Shigaraki said while wickedly smiling. "Whether or not you like it, those assholes deserve to die."

The audience widened their eyes when they saw Banner's eyes turned green. They realized that his Quirk is activating.
"It's too late. His Quirk has activated." Aizawa said.
Toga wickedly smiled, "They should've done what he told."
"Finally! Let's see how incredible you are, Banner!" Shigaraki excitedly said while grinning.
"Let's hope that Ross' men managed to pin him down." Naomasa said.

"What's happening to him?" Amajiki questioned.
"I don't know but his whole body is shaking violently," Recovery Girl said. "Whatever is happening to him isn't good, and probably life threatening."
"Except he's the life threatening in that area." Vlad said.
"That reminds me whenever I activate my Beast Quirk." Shishida mumbled.

The audience slightly jumped when the bully was pulled by something humongous.
"Wait... was he growing?" Tsubaraba asked.
"Yeah, I think he was." Midoriya answered.
"Is it like Shishida's Quirk? Is that why Kiddo compared you with him?" Rin questioned.
"I don't know but possibly." Shishida answered.
"But is he tall as him? Or is he tall as All Might, ribbit?" Asui questioned.
"Maybe. We'll see." All Might answered.

Some of the audience fell off their seat when a humongous figure threw the man across the factory.
"What the f*ck!?" Mineta cried out.
"Holy sh*t!" Kaminari yelled. "I didn't expect that!"
"He threw that jerk like a softball!" Ashido yelled.
"So he has super strength. That's amazing...ish," Midoriya noted while his hand was shivering from shock.
"How are you so CALM!?" Kaminari asked.
"I'm not!" Midoriya answered while continuing writing.
"That guy is probably either dead or dying," Recovery Girl said. "He needs all the luck he has if the medical assistance aren't there yet."
"He deserved it for being an asshole." Toga smiled as she was satisfied at what she witnessed.
"He just activated his Quirk and there's already a casualty," Aizawa said with a sigh. "Someone needs to stop him."

Most of the audience felt spooked and intimidated when the silhouette of Hulk appeared in the darkness before he lunged himself to the remaining jerks.

The audience were silent when Hulk grabbed the second jerk in the darkness which left his shoe.
"He isn't even running anymore. He's actually attacking them..." Kaibara said.
"Perhaps because he isn't himself right now," Tokoyami said. "Dark Shadow grows stronger in the darkness which would be difficult to control him. He becomes a mindless raging beast as he attacks anything and anyone he sees. You guys already know this."
The people who knew about Dark Shadow was Koda, Shoji, Midoriya, Bakugo, and Todoroki. The four of them nodded while Bakugo was just listening.
"So what are you saying, Tokoyami?" Midoriya asked. "Are you saying that he can't control himself in this current situation?"
"Exactly," Tokoyami answered. "Since his Quirk is based on emotions then it's probably the same as Dark Shadow, he can't control his Quirk because of blind rage which causes him to attack anyone he sees."
"It's like his Quirk is almost sentient as yours." Koda said while Kiddo was smirking on the observation room.
"My Quirk is also similar," Shishida said. "Whenever I used my Quirk, I sometimes become reckless and starts attacking anyone without any plan. I even sometimes attack inanimate objects whenever I get angry. I can see the similarities between me, bird man, and Banner."
"But unlike Banner, you guys are aware of your actions and would try to control it," Aizawa said. "Banner, however, is too emotional. He's killing anyone who has angered him."
"He's still like us," Tokoyami muttered. "But it doesn't mean we support his actions."
"Enough with all the nonsense information! The weaklings are finally going to die!" Shigaraki wickedly grinned.
Meanwhile, All For One was slightly impressed of the strength and transformation but he wasn't thrilled yet since the Quirk was similar to other Quirks like One For All, Beast, Gigantification, and more.

"He's huge as All Might. Todoroki calmly said.
"And green!" Tokage and Asui yelled in unison.
"And the tranquilizers are useless against him!" Mineta yelled.
"So his Quirk gave him super strength, body growth, and skin durability," Midoriya noted. "It reminds me of One For-I mean All Might's Quirk!"
"They may want to switch to bullets now since those darts are useless." Snipe said.
"I'm pretty sure that's not going to make a difference, Snipe." Midnight said.

"Those men... they were elite soldiers given to General Ross... yet they're completely outmatched by whatever Banner is..." Makoto said.
"And all because he never debrief them about Banner and his dangerous Quirk," Kurogiri said. "He should've informed them so that they can plan better."
"For once, I agree with you." Aizawa said as he somehow felt something familiar when talking to Kurogiri.

"The bullets aren't even effective as well!?" Snipe questioned.
"I already told you that." Midnight said but Snipe pretend he didn't hear her.
The audience felt that the soldiers should pulled back as their current weapons are useless against this creature. But the soldiers wouldn't give up as they'll fulfill their duty and fight until their end.
Kota criticized the soldiers for not leaving since it's impossible to defeat the creature. Although he has already seen an impossible feat done by Midoriya when he defeated Muscular, it's a different situation when they're just Quirkless men with guns as their arsenal against a bulletproof monster. They should retreat while they can before more deaths would occur.
00:24:30 - 00:25:08
The audience were completely caught off guard when The Hulk suddenly spoke with three words.
"Wha...?" Hagakure questioned.
"He just wants to be left alone." Eri said in a sad tone.
Eri felt bad for Mr. Banner because she knew that he didn't want any of these to happen. She is silently begging for Mr. Banner to stop attacking those poor soldiers, but he couldn't since his Quirk was dangerous. She hopes that the soldiers would be fine while also hoping that Mr. Banner manages to escape from them.
Midoriya and Mirio sympathize with The Hulk because of his tone. It reminded them when Eri was begging to save her from Overhaul when they first met her. They can tell that he didn't mean to hurt them but because they pushed his buttons, he had no choice but to fight and kill them.
Shoji also sympathize The Hulk, surprisingly, because Tokoyami had the same tone when Dark Shadow was out of control. Tokoyami, at first, begged him to leave before Dark Shadow controlled him. He wondered that if Banner wasn't being chased, he wouldn't have turned into a miserable creature.
00:25:08 - 00:25:30
"Yes! More murder! More!" Toga cheered.
"He's going to kill all of them, isn't he?" Fukidashi questioned.
"This isn't even a fight... it's a massacre." Mr. Compress said.
"It looks like Blonsky is the last man standing now." Tetsutetsu said.

The audience were completely speechless when Hulk angrily glared at Blonsky as if he was going to rip him apart. Some were intimidated by his stare, including Bakugo but wouldn't show it since he's too prideful.
"He's... a monster..." Kaminari said.
"So his Quirk literally turned him into a monster!" Mineta yelled.
"He looks terrifying than Muscular." Kota said while his body was shivering in fear.
"And more dangerous than me and Tokoyami." Shishida said.
"Blonsky! You have to run!" All Might ordered. "You can't take on that thing alone! You must retreat, soldier!"
"I don't think he can hear you, All Might." Midoriya reminded.

Most of the audience held in their breath when Hulk threw a forklift truck to Blonsky. They then let out a sigh of relief when he survived but The Hulk has escaped.

The entire audience were completely silent. They finally witnessed how dangerous Banner's Quirk is. It has been such a horrific experience for the heroes and students while it was enjoyable for villains.
"Ladies and gentlemen, that was The Incredible Hulk in action!" Kiddo announced. "What did you guys think?"
"It was... unbelievable... and horrifying." Mineta answered.
"He was literally a monster," Natsuo said. "A monster amongst the men."
"This definitely makes him an S-Rank villain." Midnight said.
"They need to apprehend Banner immediately when he's just a normal human." Naomasa said.
"Why? Because he doesn't fit in with society?" Mr. Compress asked.
"He has killed soldiers and multiple people in the past," Vlad reminded. "He has to pay for his crimes. It doesn't matter if he was angry or not. He's a villain."
"Even he had an uncontrollable Quirk?" Toga questioned. "You can tell that Banner wasn't faking his Mr. Nice Guy attitude. He genuinely wanted to avoid his Quirk so that he wouldn't harm anyone, but those jackasses made him. It wasn't his fault and you, filthy heroes, are blaming him for his actions."
"I hate to agree with her but she's right, sensei," Mirio said which shocked everyone. "He has been avoiding to use his Quirk throughout the story and he wanted to cure it because of how dangerous it is."
Mirio wondered if one of the reasons why Overhaul wanted to erase Quirks was because of how some are dangerous. He saw the Quirk erasing bullets as evil, at first. But after seeing how uncontrollable Banner's Quirk is, they might save him from the misfortune power.
"Regardless of his actions, he must be apprehend before he'll kill any more innocent people." Aizawa said.
"Oh sure, lock up a man because he has an uncontrollable Quirk!" Toga sarcastically said. "That's an excellent plan."
"Those soldiers idiotically played hero," Kota insulted which shocked the audience yet again. "If they would have just run away, they wouldn't even die. But no, they were playing hero. Hulk wasn't even doing anything but they died because they tried to capture him."
They were quite suprised that Kota also defended him. They were already suprised that Mirio was defending Banner's actions despite him being similar to All Might.
"If Banner didn't escape from the law, the deaths of those soldiers and the people before them would have live," Yaoyorozu pointed out. "It's his own selfishness that led to their deaths."
"Then do you know why he did!?" Toga yelled. "That's right! Because he was being chased! What he all did was probably an accident but the military kept pestering with his Iife! If the military stopped chasing him then those deaths wouldn't even occur in the first place! Did you heroes thought of that!?"
The heroes ignored the vampiric villainess because they assumed that she's just defending a fellow villain, however, the students thought about what she said. Although Hulk may be a villain, he wasn't the type to kill peoole for fun. He wouldn't even bother to use his Quirk when running away from the military. The only reason it activated was because of the intense chase.
"Even so, capturing him is the best way," Aizawa said. "The prison will keep him away from civilians and the government can find a cure for him. It's a win-win situation."
"Wow, you really think the government would help him?" Toga questioned. "They would rather weaponize him instead of helping! They don't help people and they never will!"
A hero was about to counter argue her but Kiddo suddenly teleported between the heroes and villains to prevent more war while All For One was amused with all the fighting and ranting about the hero society.
"All right, all right. Calm your horses," Kiddo said. "You guys literally woke up Ragdoll because of your banter."
They all looked at the observation room where they saw Ragdoll who adorably yawned while she was in her pajamas.
"As much I want to hear your opinions, let's continue with the story. Okay?" Kiddo said. 'Man, these heroes are really oblivious about the government. Even a blind man could see how wrong they are.'
As everyone calmed their nerves, they thought about what they witnessed. The heroes and most students agreed that Banner is a villain of this story. He may have good intentions but his actions got people killed.
The villains while minority of students felt that he was innocent even if he did an unforgivable action such as killing. They saw that he didn't intend to hurt anyone and was genuinely sad.
Meanwhile, All For One wonders whether Banner's Quirk is worth taking if he was in that reality. He still hasn't seen enough of the Quirk yet so he can't judge too harshly about it.

"Hey, isn't that the girl from the opening sequence?" Ashido questioned.
"Oh yeah, we still don't know her name is." Hagakure said.
"We'll probably find out later, but considering she appeared again through a photo, she's possibly an important character to both Banner and Ross, ribbit." Asui said.

"Since Banner is on the run, it makes sense that he'll cut any known contacts to avoid being found." Mr. Compress said.
"Except for Mr. Blue, he is the only known contact so far." Dabi said.

"It's understandable that Blonsky is quite shocked about what happened," Nezu said when Blonsky stated that the creature threw a forklift truck like a softball. "Quirks aren't common in that universe and yet he witnessed one unexpectedly."
"Just like in the past where Quirks were still rare occurrence before it became a common thing," Yaoyorozu said. "People panicked when our world suddenly changed."
"Yeah, it was a nightmare reading about it in the history books." Present Mic said.
"But it was fun for me," All For One silently said when he enjoyed all the chaos he witnessed and he was the god from above. "Too bad it was ruined by my pathetic brother and his crusade."
'You did that to yourself.' An unknown voice said.
"Huh?" Midoriya questioned as he looked around. "What was that?"

"It really was." Shigaraki said when Blonsky mentioned that the creature was the powerful thing he ever seen. "He would be a great asset to the League of Villains."
"If you can manage to tame him." Dabi said.

"Yeah, I'm still confuse about the whole thing." Kirishima said while massaging his head.
"Banner's Quirk is unusual," Melissa said. "It was like he wasn't born with it because he's recently trying to get rid of it. It's as if his Quirk was artificial."
The audience looked at Melissa as if she was insane.
"Are you an idiot!? Quirks are born in our body, not a science creation!" Bakugo argued.
"What about Tony Stark?" Kendo reminded. "He invented a flying suit that acts like a Quirk."
"It's because it's a suit! It's not an idiotic artificial Quirk!" Bakugo reminded. "Anyone can goddamn build a replica when given time! Think, you dunderheads! Quirks are part of our genes, not a man-made creation!"
The audience thought about what Bakugo said. Some got his point while others, such as Midoriya, doubted it and All For One was just chuckling from his statement.
"You'll be surprised how others received their powers in this universe." Kiddo rolled his eyes.
The audience wondered what he meant.
"It was just a theory." Melissa said as she didn't expect an uproar from the explosion boy.

"Why won't he tell Blonsky?" Uraraka asked.
"It's because he doesn't care for his men and only used them for capturing Banner," Spinner said. "Remember, if he had inform his now dead elite soldiers beforehand, they would have made a better plan to capture him but he didn't and tried to keep it a secrer which led to their deaths."
"That's not true! Banner kept on escaping which led him to turn into The Hulk and mercilessly kill those soldiers!" Iida said.
"Oh? Then tell my why he didn't inform his men about Banner then, fake?" Spinner asked.
Iida turned away and didn't answer, "There's probably reason why he kept a secret from."
"Heroes." Toga rolled her eyes.

"What are you going to do now, general?" Dabi asked when Ross was thinking of the next plan.
"Hopefully a plan to capture Banner without any casualties." Aizawa said.
"But it'll fail miserably." Shigaraki said.

"It looks like Banner returned back to normal," Midoriya said. "I wonder how long has he been Hulk."
"And it looks like he's buck naked due to his transformation," All Might said. "The reason why I used to wear such loose clothes because the clothes that fits my size would be ripped whenever I'm in my muscle form."
"But now that you're retired, your wearing normal clothing now." Midnight said.
"Yeah, but I kinda miss wearing loose clothes." All Might said.

"So it's been a day since he became Hulk." Shinso said.
"It looks like there's a drawback on how long he can use his Quirk," Midoriya noted. "He needs time to recover before he can use it again."
"The government should used this chance for capturing him, but they probably didn't know about that weakness." Vlad said.
