As everyone went back to their previous seats, Kiddo teleported in front of them and gave a speech.
"Now that you guys and gals learned that there are other heroes in the MCU," Kiddo reminded. "The next story will introduced you to one of those heroes."
"A new hero!? That's cool!" Midoriya prepared his notebook which Melissa gave back earlier. "I'm excited to see him and her!"
"Iron Man was cool. I wonder if the next hero is cool as well, ribbit." Asui wondered.
"What are you talking about? All heroes are cool!" Kaminari said.
Kota scoffed, "Not all heroes are."
"But this hero is not what you think he seems," Kiddo said which confused everyone. "He's a hero with a tragic story. Tokoyami and Shishida would understand him later in the story."
"Us?" Tokoyami and Shishida questioned.
"You'll know soon enough," Kiddo replied. "At first, you're gonna see him differently but you'll soon understand him more as the story progress. You'll know what I mean soon."
"I'm very confuse." Shoji said.
"Then I have a question for you all," Kiddo said. "If you were born with a deadly Quirk, are you able to live your life in the society?"
The heroes thought about the question but none of them have the answer. Meanwhile, the villains have already experienced it but refused to answer his question since it doesn't matter anymore.
"You can't find the answer, right?" Kiddo smirked which made everyone unease. "And another question. If someone's Quirk has the ability to kill someone with a single touch, can they still be heroes?"
The heroes thought about the question again but they couldn't find the proper answer. A Quirk that can kill people with a single touch will make the civilians unease and will consider them a villain instead of a hero. They knew it was the wrong choice but they wouldn't allow anyone with a dangerous and uncontrollable Quirk to become a hero but it was also wrong to judge them based on their Quirk.
"You see? People with dangerous powers always tend to be the target," Kiddo said. "You never questioned yourselves on why most villains became villains. Was it because of their Quirk? Or was it because of their life? But instead of thinking of these things, you just beat them up and lock them on a prison immediately."
"They became villains because they wanted to, not because of their Quirk." Vlad King corrected as every villains glared at him. "If they get proper help then they would properly live in the society."
"You think youh heroes are so right just because you have that title!?" Toga yelled. "You don't know us. You don't know our purpose, so why are you acting like you know us when you don't know our pain and suffering!?"
"She's right, everyone," Kiddo agreed which shocked everyone. "You don't know why they became villains. Sure, some wanted to become one because of money or entertainment but they were low level thugs with idiotic ambitions. Level-threat villains are the usually the ones that have a purpose on why they became villains."
Most of the heroes refused to believe that some villains only became one because of their Quirks while others were thinking about the deity's explanation. The villains were quite surprised that Kiddo supported them. Shigaraki hated Kiddo since the beginning but after his speech, he started to respect him... for now.
"The hero you will see has an uncontrollable and dangerous Quirk like the villains," Kiddo said. "You'll get to see how his Quirk affects his life and in the society. You'll see them trying to regain the control of their life... literally. And most of all, you will witness the tale of the incredible hero."
As Kiddo teleported back to his observation room, everyone was left wondering about the hero.

"It sounds like a hero with a strength-based Quirk." All Might said. 'I wonder how strong he is.'
"That's a bit unusual," Yaoyorozu said. "In Iron Man, we get to see the main character first before the title drop but the title in 'The Incredible Hulk' has already been dropped before the character was even introduced."
"You're right, I can feel that this is different than Iron Man." Tsuburaba agreed.
"Yeah, I have a bad feeling about this story." Uraraka said.

"They need to be treated immediately," Recovery Girl said. "The amount of blood they have are life threatening."

"That old man is General Ross and the unconscious girl is Betty," Kiddo said as Midoriya noted the names. "I won't tell that man's name yet. You guys have to know it yourselves."
"I hate guessing games." Shigaraki said.
"I may have a guess on why he is upset with him," Nezu said as everyone stared at him. "He was probably the giant green monster earlier. We may have seen a glimpse of his Quirk."
"Wait. Then why was he attacking the soliders and the girl?" Kirishima asked. "If he's the hero of this story then why did he do it?"
The audience had the same questions as Kirishima. Why did the scientist attacked those soldiers? Isn't he the hero that Kiddo hinted?

The audience were struggling to keep up with the information that was being thrown at them.
"It looks like The Hulk continues to cause damage." Midoriya said which suprised everyone that he managed to see all the information.
"Somebody needs to stop that monster!" All Might said as he was worried of the people's safety.

"It looks like Ross and the military are hunting down Banner." Kurogiri said.
"Who?" Shigaraki questioned.
"The scientist who turned into The Hulk," Kurogiri answered as Midoriya noted the name of the scientist. "His name is Bruce Banner. It's on one of the files."
The heroes then realized from Kurogiri's first statement.
"Hold on. Is he a fugitive?" Hagakure questioned.
"I'm afraid so." Naomasa answered.
The audience were quite confused of the story. The heroes thought that Banner was the hero because he was The Hulk, the hero that Kiddo mentioned in the beginning. But if he's a fugitive then it means he's a danger to the society. He's either a criminal or a villain depending on his crimes.
Meanwhile, the villains were interested that the hero of the story is a fugitive from a law like them, especially Dabi and Toga.

"He's a threat level and they only want to supervise him which means Banner is that dangerous," Aizawa said. "We're looking at a high-rank villain."

The heroes were concerned by this scene. Banner was studying a martial art technique which implies that he's prepared to fight anyone, especially the military, and combined it with his unknown strength Quirk. He's a villain so it makes sense he's defending himself from the pursuers but the the Pro Heroes were worried that he would go too far like killing.
"So he's studying martial arts." Midoriya noted.
"Yes, he's learning jiu-jitsu," Kiddo said. "Jiu-jitsu focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling one's opponent, gaining a dominant position and using a number of techniques to force them into submissions via joint locks or chokeholds."
"That's interesting." Ojiro and Kendo said in unison.
The audience found it odd that Banner chose a skill that avoids harming his opponents by placing them in submission. They wondered why he chose a defensive-ish fighting style instead of offense.

"He can't help because he's a fugitive," Naomasa answered. "He is wanted by both the military and the law. If he draws himself attention then he'll be found because he helped a single person. Unless he wants to be caught, this is his only option."
"Or maybe because he's villain who doesn't care about helping anyone but himself." Vlad King said as the most of the audience agreed with him while the villains were glaring at him.

The audience were quite curious of Mr. Blue as the conversation continued on. They know knew his motives.
"He's helping Banner." Thirteen said.
The Pro Heroes and Tsukauchi has suspicions on Mr. Blue since he is helping a fugitive intentional or unintentional.
"Is Banner trying to cure himself with that flower?" Spinner asked.
"I believe he is," Recovery Girl answered. "I think he is trying to rid his Quirk."
It was quite odd for everyone. Quirks are part of the body and part of nature so why is he try to rid his Quirk? Is his Quirk that dangerous? And they are wondering why a villain like him that probably has a strength Quirk trying to get rid of his power. Villains would often abuse the Quirk they have but Banner was different.
Toga wasn't supportive of someone trying to erase their Quirk because of its dangerous power. They are part of their system no matter what anyone said. If he's a monster then he should accept that instead of trying to pretend on who he is: an "ordinary" citizen.
Eri wondered why Mr. Banner wanted his Quirk to be erased. Is his Quirk really that dangerous? If so, was Overhaul right about Quirks being a curse to the world? She didn't want to believe it but after seeing someone desperately trying to rid his Quirk, Overhaul must be correct but she refused to believe that.

The geniuses in the audience were shocked by Mr. Blue's statement.
"He has gamma poisoning in his system!?" Recovery Girl questioned.
"Is it bad?" Shoji asked.
"It's extremely bad!" Hatsume answered. "Gamma rays have so much penetrating power that several inches of a dense material like lead, or even a few feet of concrete may be required to stop them. When gamma rays pass completely through the human body, they can cause ionizations that damage tissue and DNA!"
The audience didn't understand what the maniac inventor said while the geniuses face palmed from Hatsume's complicated explanation again.
"Huh?" Kaminari questioned.
"She..." Yaoyorozu was cut off by Midoriya.
"So the gamma poisoning can destroy the cells in your body," Midoriya simplified the explanation. "Is that what you mean?"
"Yes!" Hatsume said.
"He shouldn't even be alive right now," Recovery Girl said. "The moment he's exposed to the gamma rays, he should be dead ib a few seconds. But it seems he survived and he has been carrying the poison for five months."
"If the gamma poisoning is related to his Quirk then he probably has resistance to it." Midoriya noted.
"So that explains why his blood is so dangerous and why he was worried about it." Dabi said.
"His blood is something I don't want to taste it." Toga said while her body was shivering when she imagined dying after tasting Bruce's blood. 'It looks like I can't turn into him if we ever met.'

"Since he can't cure it by himself, a blood sample would be a good way for Mr. Blue to find a cure for it." Recovery Girl said.
"Or makes it worst," Aizawa said as some agreed with him. "We still don't know if Mr. Blue is an ally or a foe unlike Banner."
Eri was shivering in fear when Mr. Banner gave a blood sample to Mr. Blue to find a cure, it reminded her during her captivity in Shie Hassaikai. It reminded her of what Overhaul did with her blood. Although Mr. Banner was different since he sent the sample willingly, it still brought her bad memories.
"Are you alright, Eri?" Mirio worriedly asked.
Eri nodded, "I'm fine."
"Okay." Mirio said while still worried of Eri.

"Who knows? So better keep an eye on him again, savvy?" Kiddo answered.

"Almost," Kiddo answered which relieved the heroes while Shigaraki was disappointed that the old man didn't die. "Since he managed to get help immediately, the poison from the blood was removed thankfully. He's perfectly fine but he's in a comatose state temporarily."
"Thank goodness, he's alright." All Might said.
"It's official. I'm not drinking his blood or anyone with gamma poisoning." Toga said.
"Interesting. His blood could be a powerful weapon against the heroes." All For One said.
"If we have Dr. Garaki experiment with his blood, it would be a valuable asset to us." Kurogiri agreed which made the heroes worried if they somehow obtained Banner's blood.
Midoriya wrote the old man's second appearance in his notebook: Old Man - He appeared as the victim of GAMMA poisoning, but he luckily survived.

"And because of that one mistake he made, Ross found Banner." Cementoss said.
"They're staying out of sight. Good," Aizawa approved. "They don't want Banner to escape again."
"I hope he escapes." Toga hoped.
Toga liked Banner because he's different from other so-called "heroes". He had no place in society because of the Quirk he didn't asked for which she can relate to.
Eri also hoped that Mr. Banner escapes from the military since she also relate to him because of his dangerous Quirk like her's. She could see that Mr. Banner wasn't a bad person.
"Why do I feel like Ross is hiding something?" Makoto questioned.
"I have the same feeling as well," Aizawa said. "I support the military because they loyally served countries, but I can tell when someone is hiding something."
"Same with me." Naomasa agreed.

"Emil Blonsky." Midoriya noted the name in his notebook.
"He looks like an excellent soldier." Naomasa said.
"Yeah, he's quite impressive." Nezu agreed. "Let's hope he has what it takes to bring down Banner."
"Ross isn't pulling any punches," Midnight said. "If Banner is dangerous is they say, then they need all hands on deck for his capture."
"You're right," Aizawa agreed. "We haven't seen how dangerous his Quirk is, but based on the information we saw, it seemed dangerous so he must be captured immediately before anyone will be hurt."
The villains glared at the so-called heroes for assuming that Banner is a dangerous villain because of some military information. Spinner expected this from false heroes, they should understand the villain first before assuming that he's a dangerous threat because of some information. None of them will understand the importance of true heroism which is why he needs to purge them, in the honor of Stain!

"Remember, class. You must to try avoid any disturbance when apprehending a villain at night," Aizawa said. "It is to avoid them from being involved, especially the attention seeking media. Understand?"
"Yes, sir!" The students answered except for Bakugo since he prefers fighting noisily because of his Quirk.

"He's really hiding something," Kurogiri said. "If Banner is dangerous then he should inform them about him and his Quirk. By keeping them in the dark, he is basically risking his men. He's taking advantage of the best men he currently has."
Shigaraki chuckled, "And they said that military soldiers are heroes."
"There's probably a reason why he's hiding it," Aizawa said. "He wants to make sure that the plan is successful with no distractions."
Toga scoffed, "Of course the heroes would find a way to defend them."
"I'm not defending them, I'm stating the facts. There's a difference." Aizawa counter-argued but Toga doesn't care about his statement.

The audience were shocked with the information.
"Huh? He... killed people?" Uraraka said in a weak tone.
"And stole some military secrets. I'm quite impressed that he managed to pull such an impossible feat." Mr. Compress complimented.
"So he's a thief and a murderer," Aizawa said. "He mustn't given an opportunity to use his Quirk so tranquilizing him is the best way to capture him."
"I hope they'll successfully capture him before he kills any of them." All Might hoped.
"He doesn't seem the guy to hurt people earlier, what if his murders were accidental?" Midoriya questioned.
"Whether he didn't mean to kill them or not, he still killed people from his rampage," Aizawa said. "If they continue to let him roam around freely then he'll endanger the people around him. They must capture him before any more deaths occur."
"Also, looks can be deceiving," All Might said. "We mustn't fall for it. He may look like a nice guy but he's probably hiding it to avoid the military from being found and captured."

"It was likely to avoid being located but it utterly failed." Aizawa replied.
"What about when he helped the girl?" Hagakure questioned.
"One act doesn't make him a good guy," Aizawa retorted. "He was probably doing it because he owe her something and that's it. He probably wouldn't bother to save her if she didn't do something to help him."
Meanwhile, the villains were really interested of the scientist. He didn't seem the type to kill people and he definitely wasn't faking his attitude so they were quite surprised that he had a kill count. It's probably because of his uncontrollable Quirk which is something the heroes wouldn't understand. All For One was particularly interested of his Quirk if he has killed people with it, even if he still didn't see it yet.
Mr. Banner reminded Eri of herself. Before Midoriya made her realized that her Quirk can help people, she considered to be a curse. A curse that kills people without control like what she did to her father. She never intended to kill him because she loved him dearly. Mr. Banner must be the same. He probably didn't meant to kill those people like she didn't had a choice with her's. They are both monsters within but she founded peace with newfound friends, she hoped Mr. Banner is the same.

Although Toga liked Bruce, he didn't like that he wanted to cure himself as if he treated his Quirk like a disease when it's part of yourself. But she understands him since she had the same idea when her Quirk manifested before accepting it. She hopes that Bruce does the same in the end.
"He's still going to be hunted by the government if he's cured," Kurogiri said. "He's probably the most wanted fugitive in the country. They can't just not arrest him anymore because his Quirk is cured."
"That's his plan actually," Kiddo said. "If he is cured then he'll willingly surrender himself as long as he doesn't have his Quirk anymore."
"I doubt that he would surrender himself willingly," Vlad King said. "It's a trick to break out of jail later so that he can cause more havoc. All villains are like that. They want pain and destruction."
The villains glared at the vampire hero as if they were treated the bad guys when in reality, the heroes aren't different as them.
"Meh. Whatever you said, vampire ripoff." Kiddo calmly insulted but Vlad ignored it.

"Well, sound simple enough." Ashido said.
"Except it isn't," Nezu said. "Since the military is hunting him for five months, his home will be likely be guarded in case he ever returns."
"He has no choice. If he wants the data for the cure then he has to risk it." Mr. Compress said.
"Also, the military has found him anyway so it's best to leave immediately." Kurogiri added.
"It's unlikely he would escape this time. His luck has ran out." Ectoplasm said.

"Good. Ross and his men managed to arrive before Banner leaves." Naomasa said.
"Now, the plan should go smoothly." All Might said.
"But don't get your hopes up," Aizawa said. "He's awake so he has an opportunity to escape."
"That's impossible since he has nowhere left to run." Vlad King said.
The villains hoped that Banner manages to escape from the damn military men.

"That dog is ruining the mission. I hate that when it happens sometimes." Aizawa said but he doesn't want to blame the dog since he has soft spot for animals, especially cats.
The villains at Ricky for ruining the soldiers' operation, especially Shigaraki.

"How did he escape so fast!?" Vlad King angrily questioned.
Bakugo scoffed, "Because of the damn mutt!"
The heroes were annoyed that the dog ruined the operation while the villains were proud of Ricky. It looks Banner didn't just kept him for company after all.
"Dogs. They're man's best friend," Kiddo said. "I wonder how Volda is doing."
"Who?" Uraraka asked.
