Chapter 166 - Ira on battlefield

Vikram and others came out of the forest and reached the border. Right infront of their eyes, the battlefield was filled with soldiers and the sound of blades clanking can be heard.

Vikram immediately jumped down from his horse and helped Cabail to get down and sit under a tree.

"Ankush, stay here and take care of Cabail and keep an eye on Shreyansh." He said to Ankush and Ankush jumped down from his horse and dragged Shreyansh towards Cabail as well.

"Where are you going?" He asked and threw Shreyansh on ground and tied him with tree.

Vikram looked at him and extended his hand "Give me your sword."

Ankush grabbed his sword that he stole from palace with Agastya before kidnapping Shreyansh and moved back "Why?" He asked doubtfully.

Vikram breathed deeply and looked at Agastya.

"Give it to him." Agastya said to Ankush.

"Then I am also coming." Ankush demanded.

"Then who will take care of them?" Vikram asked, pointing towards Cabail and Shreyansh. "What if he runs away?"

Ankush looked at Cabail and Shreyansh for awhile and then surrendered. He took out his sword and gave it to Vikram.

"Wait for us." Vikram said and hopped on his horse.

"And if we don't come back, you have to expose king Dhishva and Veer." Agastya said.

Ankush glared and him and walked towards him with fast steps, just to punch him in his abs. "You really want to get beaten by me!"

Agastya laughed, rubbing his stomach in pain.

"Let's go." Vikram said and they went towards the battlefield.

Jwalana army has killed half of Bayar's army but still the difference between them didn't reduced. Some of Jwalana's soldiers were martyred and the kings had some cuts on their arms and chest, bleeding heavily.

Vikram and Agastya joined the battle. Ahil's eyes fell on them and he yelled.

"Vikram! Agastya! What are you doing here?!" He know Agastya as he met him in Raksheet and Ira's marriage.

"It's our war too." Vikram yelled, piercing a enemies chest with his sword.

"Go back! You don't need to put your life in danger!" Ahil didn't wanted them to participate in this blood game as it's not their work. Their work is to spy on people, not kill them.

"Our life's will be useless if we failed to protect our kingdom!" Agastya said, slitting the throat of two soldiers.

Ahil didn't said anything after that and focused on killing his enemies.

Raksheet was covered in rage. He wanted to kill each and every person infront of him. He want to kill Abel and Pavan, who tried to instigate his wife against him. Who made his wife cry and may be they are the reason of Viraaj's death too.

He want to take revenge of each and every moment his grandfather and family has suffered because of Abel. The years his grandfather blamed himself for Irya's death.

The years of humiliation his grandfather beared from Bayar and Abel because of the crime he never committed. He want to take revenge for everything.

Ira and Ajit went towards the border with full speed. They don't know what they will do. The only thing they know is they have to reach the battlefield and fight.

They reached the border and saw the battlefield was covered in blood and dust with people killing eachother ruthlessly. Ira's breath hitched for a moment to see the scene infront of her eyes, thinking where her husband could be. Is he safe?

And then her eyes fell on her husband, killing a soldier ruthlessly as if he has been possessed by a devil who will kill everyone.

She felt scared for a moment to see this side of him but at the next moment, she remembered who he is fighting against. She gulped hard and looked at Ajit who shook his head, telling her not to go there.

She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Taking her sword out of the sheath, she said. "Let's go."

Ajit sighed and went behind Ira. They started killing the enemies one by one. All eyes turned to a woman in the mob of men, fighting fearlessly.

"Ira! What are you doing here?" Abhiveera asked worriedly. "Go back!"

Ira continued to kill the enemies and said "I can't go back! I have made up my mind grandfather! I will die here rather than going back!"

Hearing a familiar voice, Ahil turned around and saw Ira. His eyes widened in shock and immediately went towards her, killing everyone who tried to go near her.

"Sister! You shouldn't be here!" He said to Ira.

"Are you telling me to run away like a coward?! You are my teacher! How can you say that?!" Ira asked, making Ahil shut his mouth.

He looked arround to find Raksheet, only he can handle Ira now. His eyes found Raksheet and he went towards him.

"Brother!" He yelled. "Sister Ira is here?"

Raksheet stopped on his place and turned to look at Ahil "What?!" He asked worriedly "Where?!"

Ahil pointed towards Ira who was fighting fearlessly and skillfully. Raksheet immediately turned his horse towards Ira's direction and said.

"Princess! Go back!" He said to her.

"No!" She replied stubbornly.

"Don't put your life in danger! Go back! Where is Ajit?" He asked.

"I am here your majesty!" Ajit said, slitting a soldier's throat and covering the ground with blood.

"I told you to take care of her! Why did you brought her here?!" He asked disappointed.

"I am sorry your majesty! I am just a soldier. I have to obey my master!" He said looking at Ira.

Raksheet know how stubborn his wife is so he didn't said anything to Ajit and went closer to Ira "Princess, please go back. It's not safe for you."

"There is no safe place for me Raksheet! Without you beside me, there is no safe place for me in this world." Ira replied, looking at him.

His eyes soften on her reply and smiled at her. "Are you sure you want to do this?!"

Ira nod "I am!"

"Then let's do it! Together!" He said with a smile and moved forward.

Ira smiled confidently and went behind him. Seeing her, Ahil went behind her to protect her.

Pavan panicked after seeing Ira in battlefield and said to Abel.

"Father, Ira is here!"

Abel furrowed his eyebrows and took the binoculars from Pavan and looked at the battlefield, finding Ira. His heart skipped a beat after seeing her in the middle of the battlefield, fighting with multiple soldiers at a time.

"We have to save her!" Pavan said.

Without saying anything, Abel threw the binoculars away and went towards battlefield on his horse. Pavan followed him.
