Chapter 446 - Chapter 446: Goku and Vegeta

Raditz had been training in the Realm of the Gods of Destruction for less than a month when Whis brought both Goku and Vegeta to join him. The divine realm suddenly became considerably more lively.

Goku and Vegeta both pursued Raditz as their ultimate benchmark for growth. Their natural talents were exceptional, and their accumulated opportunities extraordinarily rare. After enduring countless trials and tribulations, both had entered the realm of Super Saiyan God. Looking across the entire universe, the number of individuals capable of being their legitimate opponents could be counted on one hand.

Yet it wasn't enough. Saiyans perpetually pursued greater power and higher dimensional realms! Especially knowing that Raditz had achieved a revolutionary breakthrough in the Sixth Universe, both warriors grew increasingly eager to obtain new abilities and elevate their comprehension to unprecedented levels.

Upon entering the Realm of Destruction, they discovered Raditz already engaged in intensive training. Unable to simply observe passively, they immediately joined the regimen.

From that moment forward, the divine realm—previously characterized by verdant grass and tranquil lake waters—filled constantly with explosive BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM sounds of combat.

"Goku, watch your back," Whis advised gently. But his figure had already materialized behind Goku, one finger lightly tapping the Saiyan's spine. Without warning, tremendous force launched Goku groundward.

CRASH!

At the center of a massive inverted cone-shaped crater, Goku—sporting brilliant red hair—found his face pressed intimately against the dirt.

Immediately afterward, Vegeta was also struck down, falling not far from Goku into a similarly enormous pit. Smoke and pulverized earth filled the depression.

"Vegeta was also careless. One must never allow attention to wander during combat," Whis's voice echoed out, resonating like a struck bell.

"OF COURSE I know that!" Vegeta climbed from the crater, his bloated training clothes covered completely in dust and debris. "But you're ridiculously fast, aren't you?!"

"It's not merely speed—there are additional techniques involved," Whis replied with his characteristic gentle smile.

If Whis relied purely on velocity to overwhelm Goku and Vegeta, the exercise would prove far too simple and wouldn't meaningfully contribute to their development. In truth, during their recent sparring, Whis's actual speed remained roughly equivalent to theirs. He'd simply employed techniques exclusive to divine beings.

Goku also stood, something like flickering flames visible in his pure, determined eyes. "Whis gave absolutely no warning before attacking, and he perceived every movement we made—as though he could predict our actions before we executed them."

"You're absolutely correct. But why is that possible?"

Like an instructor examining his students, Whis deliberately left the question open-ended.

Goku had detected the fundamental method Whis employed, yet the underlying principle remained unclear. He glanced toward Vegeta, who returned an equally confused expression—obviously lacking understanding as well.

Whis's eyes narrowed with amusement. "This technique appears simple in concept, yet proves extraordinarily complex in execution. Have you observed him over there?" He gestured toward Raditz's location.

Raditz sat cross-legged suspended in mid-air, eyes closed, maintaining absolute silence in a state of pure ethereal meditation. Energy flowed cyclically within his body—his aura spreading outward in concentric layers before being reabsorbed inward, forming a continuous backflow circulation. His entire presence existed in an extraordinarily mysterious state.

He didn't participate in Goku and Vegeta's combat training. Instead, day after day under Whis's careful arrangement, he performed tedious and monotonous mental refinement exercises—purifying and condensing the energy throughout his body.

The fierce battle generated such tremendous noise that Raditz involuntarily opened his eyes multiple times. But iron willpower reminded him he couldn't abandon training halfway. So Raditz could only close his eyes and meditate amidst the explosive cacophony, deliberately ignoring their spectacular exchanges.

"Raditz?" Vegeta asked suspiciously.

"This is precisely the technique he's currently training. You may test yourselves against it."

As Whis spoke, he extended his palm in a permissive gesture—indicating they could attack Raditz freely.

Simultaneously, he called out to Raditz: "Do your absolute best to evade their attacks! Dodge only—no blocking or parrying!"

"Yes, Master Whis!" Raditz's eyes snapped open. Still wearing his weighted training suit, his crimson hair blazed with divine energy as brilliant flames ignited in his gaze.

Super Saiyan God versus Super Saiyan God.

"Why don't you transform into Super Saiyan 4? This is genuinely irritating," Vegeta stated coldly. He remained deeply bothered that Raditz had somehow comprehended entirely new power again—unable to dispel his inner discomfort even now.

He exchanged a brief glance with Goku before rushing forward with a cold snort.

Despite wearing heavy equipment, Vegeta moved with tremendous velocity, appearing before Raditz in mere moments and throwing a direct punch toward his center mass. As fellow Super Saiyan Gods, Vegeta believed his capabilities weren't substantially inferior to Raditz's—this strike shouldn't be easily dodged.

Yet reality surprised him completely.

Raditz's body initiated movement almost simultaneously with Vegeta's attack preparation. By the time Vegeta's fist reached Raditz's previous position, Raditz had already shifted sideways—avoiding the blow entirely through minimal displacement.

He hadn't mobilized any defensive energy whatsoever. Simply dodged with apparent effortlessness.

The technique appeared remarkably similar to Whis's method demonstrated moments ago!

Instantaneously, Goku also rushed in. He lagged only half a second behind Vegeta, a streak of rainbow light descending from above Raditz's position. The swift, violent movement barely left visible afterimages—merging with light itself at incredible velocity.

However, Raditz deflected slightly once more, rotating his body to the opposite side, still avoiding Goku's attack completely.

"How is this possible?!" Goku exclaimed with genuine shock.

If dodging the first assault relied on exceptional perception and reactive speed, the second attack had been deliberately altered mid-execution—Goku had consciously chosen an unconventional angle and employed maximum power output.

What exactly is Raditz doing? How can he evade every attack?

"This exercise isn't finished yet. Continue," Whis declared, clapping once but not announcing conclusion.

Regardless of Vegeta's internal reluctance, he coordinated with Goku, both attacking simultaneously with the battle-forged synchronization they'd refined over years. Super Saiyan God-level assaults had transcended limitations of ordinary dimensional combat—possessing no readable ki signature, capable of instant adjustment. Within moments, seemingly countless strikes wove together into an overwhelming net, completely engulfing Raditz.

Yet Raditz discovered that his comprehension accumulated over recent days suddenly erupted under pressure. He keenly perceived the trajectory of each individual blow, his body beginning to dodge along those paths unconsciously. His movements flowed smoothly and naturally without the slightest hesitation or blockage.

Everything operated as though purely instinctive.

No matter how powerful Goku and Vegeta's continuous combination attacks proved, Raditz could always avoid them with fluid grace—some evasions appearing absolutely impossible from physical perspective!

Whis observed the display and couldn't suppress delighted laughter. "A state allowing all body parts to automatically attack and defend through conditioned reflexes, without requiring brain commands. Letting every portion of the body instinctively perceive surrounding dangers without conscious thought processing. That is..."

Raditz's eyes also blazed with recognition, the corners of his mouth lifting slightly. "This is..."

Both spoke simultaneously in perfect unison:

"Ultra Instinct!"
