Chapter 59 - Chapter 59

The Force doesn't manifest itself equally in everyone. Certain Species have much higher talents in certain areas than others.

For example, the Chiss in particular had a very high talent for Foresight. Their female Force Sensitives would always naturally be able to use their foresight or 'Third Sight' from the moment they were born, but it would gradually grow weaker as they got older.

Sarlaccs were naturally able to use their telepathic abilities, but when it came to other Force Tricks… At least in 30k+ years, Sarry still hadn't been able to do much else. This could be a lack of imagination and faith or simply a limitation based on her own Species.

*Rumble~!*

"Hahahaha~! Good~! Good~! Hahahahaha~!"

Asmodeus on the other hand, as a Sith Pureblood, was more of a natural 'all-rounder'. He had a proclivity towards the Dark Side and Force Lightning, but overall, those were still just pretty generic Jedi-Sith Force Abilities.

As he floated a few meters above the cracked and dry desert, the ground shook and trembled! The naked man wasn't cross-legged this time, but simply levitated with his feet dangling down.

The sand swirled around violently and formed a huge whirlwind!

He spread his hands and gripped tightly, then the ground exploded upwards! Gigantic boulders flew off into the distance on the sides, along with tons of sand and dust. Fortunately, he had experience now and could easily 'block' his face with a protective mask of less-dusty dry desert air. His body was still sand-blasted though.

"Fuck! Hahaha~! Feels like I just gave the planet an orgasm!"

Of course, there was no magma. He was just digging a hole very dramatically. This particular spot was only a hundred meters away from the Sarlacc Pit. After Asmodeus did some more digging and removed enough space, he shouted, "Alright, Sheathy! You can park now!"

"Roger-roger." The dull androgynous voice came from the loudspeakers on the outside of the shuttle as it flew over slowly from the distance and lowered down into the pit as carefully as its skills would allow. There was quite a bit of space on every side of the vehicle, since the pit was nearly 30 meters wide and somewhat circular.

The depth was far enough that the tall tail fin thing in the back and the antenna sticking up on the front wouldn't be visible too easily. Obviously if someone flew over it and looked down, they could see the ship, but this was in the middle of nowhere. Right next to the Sarlacc Pit that was fairly famous.

"Should be fine now…" Asmodeus landed on the ground and sighed, "Flying is cool, but kind of exhausting on a planet with normal gravity."

It would be different if the Force simply removed the relative gravity of an object. But it 'felt' more like he had to lift things. Push off of other stuff. Pull things. Almost like there were a bunch of long, invisible hands or arms doing all the work.

They were still attached to his body or attached to various surfaces nearby. Obviously that wasn't exactly what was happening, but it's just a metaphor or simile.

"The Force 'can' negate gravity though. And so can various technologies."

He couldn't help thinking about the idea of shoving some engines, hyperdrives and other goodies up Sarry's ass…

"Now I'm getting horny again. Hmmm… No, I need to train more seriously. The war is coming. Pft-haha-em, it's gonna be happening soon. Even without the war, Tatooine ain't a safe place. So much to do, so little time…"

He still ended up fucking Sarry for a few hours, but afterwards he went outside into the hot suns and started jogging through the desert.

He wasn't just jogging though. He also caught a few massiffs that tried to eat him.

"See, I feel bad about killing those other cute little bastards, but you assholes are too fucking arrogant."

They growled and whimpered while being slurped up by that gigantic mouth. But he just shrugged and turned away while hearing his wife whisper into his mind, 'Thanks for lunch, Deus.'

"You're welcome~! Hahaha~! Life is awesome!"

Well, he still didn't know that he had a baby on the way. Though even if he did, that might just make him more excited.

"Hmm… What is that? Feels like…"

After taking a break and eating some juicy Hubba Gourds, Asmodeus noticed a familiar sensation… Maybe it was more like a soft, sad voice calling out for him to help?

"So this is the place…"

As soon as he arrived at the unassuming orange sands, he could hear the high-pitched hum through the whistling winds. He reached out towards that big hill a dozen meters away and the sand blew off to the sides rapidly. Revealing the hundreds of desiccated and charred ancient corpses.

Some still had a bit of dried meat left, but most were just bones, cloth and metal. He recognized the Tusken masks and bludgeoning weapons very easily. There were also some blasters that looked like staves or spears.

"Not sure if they're still worth anything. But that doesn't matter."

He ignored those remains and instead focused on the sand under his feet, which drifted away in a few seconds. There was another pile of charred bones, but her spirit had long since returned to the Force. The clothes and any equipment she might have had on her was ruined by now. Yet…

"So fucking well preserved! Holy shit! Yes!"

He felt like he won the lottery again as the two-foot long hilt flew into his hands. The sand and dust disappeared to reveal the fancy golden bands around the end, along with the parts on the middle with some black buttons, dials and knobs.

The grips were white and there was a latch in the middle. When he moved it, the saberstaff transformed into two separate lightsabers.

"This is so fucking badass."

Even if he had a crazy Sith lightsaber, it didn't mean he wasn't interested in collecting more. In fact, he thought it was both silly and dangerous to not have a few backup weapons. Especially when lightsabers did in fact run out of batteries eventually.

*Tshhh~! Bssszzzz~!*

*Hummm~!*

"Nice!" Even though the power was set to the lowest, two long blades still shot out immediately when he fiddled with the buttons a bit. The blade grew longer and shorter, eventually he 'set' them to about a meter each. Then turned the blades off and looked around.

"Let's see if I have any 'loot luck' left today?"

Unfortunately, most of the weapons were destroyed by lightning thousands of years ago. Maybe there might be an archeologist somewhere out there that cares about a bunch of random Tuskens, but he didn't have much hope that their corpses would be valuable. Just in case, he still buried them under the sand.

"But you… 'Shadow'. Umm, well, your Mommy was still a Jedi after all. Probably even a Master if she could get the drop on that Sith bitch. Maybe someone would be interested? Uh, then again, I could also just hand it over to the Jedi Temple. They might have archaeologists or something."

In fact, the Jedi had Researchers, Archaeologists and a variety of other professions. They even had geologists. Hence why one didn't actually need to be Force Sensitive to become a Jedi. Though it was very rare for that to be the case.

*Rumble~!*

"Hmmm…" Asmodeus narrowed his golden eyes and saw that giant shark-like head pop up out of the dunes in the distance. That singular black eye glared at him for a while, before the pitted armored 'face' disappeared back below the sands once more.

"Oh well. I wouldn't have even fucked with you in the first place if you didn't try to hurt my wife."

He shook his head and levitated the Twi'lek bones very carefully. Some of them were cracked and broken from the way she died. But it seemed like they were still much sturdier than ordinary creatures. Even after being buried in the sand for ages.

"Don't worry, Shadow. I'll make sure your Mommy returns home."
