Chapter 86 - The Live House

Yuki continued guiding Hitori Goto until he sensed the presence of Origami Tobiichi and the other girl. Yuki then said goodbye to Hitori Goto and went back to find the two of them.

Seeing the two girls searching everywhere on the streets for him, Yuki couldn't help but show a wry smile. After that, he followed them back to the classroom and waited until class began.

Time flew by, and the afternoon classes ended quickly.

Just when Origami Tobiichi was planning to take Yuki home, Yuki's phone buzzed with a new message. Opening it, he saw it was from Ryou Yamada.

The message said she was heading first to a music performance space called STARRY.

It was a place rock musicians liked to perform in. Bands that weren't very popular usually rented such venues to hold concerts. Although these venues couldn't compare to formal music halls or stadiums, they were cheap and perfect for small bands.

As for the music performance space Ryou mentioned—it was actually the one run by her teammate Nijika Ijichi's older sister in the original story. Ryou Yamada worked there part-time and also used it as the band's practice location. She also got to watch many other bands perform and learn a lot from them.

When Yuki saw the address, the corners of his lips curled up slightly.

"Origami, you should go back."

"I probably won't be returning tonight."

"Tell Mio and Kotori for me as well," Yuki said to Origami Tobiichi.

"Why?" Origami tilted her head, confused.

But she quickly reacted, frowning and speaking sourly, "I get it. That little b*tch outside asked you out, didn't she? Tsk! If I find out who it is, I'll blast her to pieces!"

Origami said this with palpable murderous intent.

"C-c-calm down! Don't! You'll all be sisters in the future! Let's talk nicely!"

Yuki had absolutely no doubt Origami would actually do it, so he hurriedly tried to soothe her.

"Fine…" Origami thought about it and eventually gave up on the idea. "However, I want compensation."

"Okay! I agree!"

Yuki just wanted to coax her quickly, so he agreed without hesitation.

"Uh… Origami, what kind of compensation?"

Hearing his question, Origami narrowed her seductive eyes, leaned close to Yuki's ear, and whispered in an incredibly soft, charming voice, "Simple. Next time, Yuki has to take me from behind~~~"

After saying that, Origami even slowly stuck out her tongue.

Damn it! As expected of you, Origami-sensei! I shouldn't have asked!

After Yuki reluctantly agreed, he left the classroom alone.

Meanwhile, Marin Kitagawa had just finished packing up, intending to go home with Yuki. But when she saw Yuki was gone and only Origami remained, she couldn't help feeling extremely disappointed.

Eriri felt the same. She had packed quickly on purpose, planning to "coincidentally" run into Yuki so they could go home together. But when she didn't see his figure anywhere, she couldn't help feeling a little disappointed inside.

Following the address, Yuki quickly found STARRY.

This actually wasn't Yuki's first time coming here. When he first transmigrated into this world and made money through stocks, he invested his earnings into various industries.

Real estate was one of his main investment areas. Having experienced the terrifying housing prices back on the Blue Planet, Yuki had developed a deep-rooted belief that real estate was the most reliable investment—especially in a place like Tokyo, where every inch of land was precious.

So Yuki used a large sum of money to buy up all the commercial buildings in this area. One could say that this entire street, plus the three adjacent streets, all belonged to Yuki.

As for why he had been here before—it was because he came to survey his properties and happened to discover this STARRY. It immediately reminded him of the band venue from the original Bocchi the Rock!.

At first, Yuki thought it was just a coincidence with the name, but when he confirmed that the location was Shimokitazawa in Tokyo… he was certain it was the very same place.

Since then, Yuki would occasionally stop by and had become quite familiar with the owner, Ijichi Seika—Nijika Ijichi's older sister. However, back then Yuki had hardly ever seen her younger sister, Nijika.

Yuki slowly walked down the stairs and looked up at the sign with English letters and star patterns, a faint smile appearing on his lips. Then he pushed open the door and entered.

The moment he stepped inside, he was greeted by a mixture of fruit juice, coffee, and other drink aromas. The interior had a dim, metal-heavy, rock-style décor—just like an underground rock bar.

Yuki's arrival immediately drew the attention of the two people inside.

"Huh? Someone came this early today?"

A woman with long golden hair, red eyes, and a slightly lazy expression scratched her head as she slowly turned around. But when she saw who had arrived, she froze on the spot.

Beside her, a woman with black hair tinted purple inside, green eyes, and a cool, elegant aura, also turned to look. The moment she saw Yuki's face, she too was stunned.

"What's wrong, Seika? Are you that shocked to see me?"

Yuki smiled faintly and greeted the blonde, Ijichi Seika.

Seika snapped out of her daze at Yuki's voice. A blush suddenly spread across her face, and she quickly turned her head away with a soft huff.

"Who knows who it was that disappeared for months and suddenly shows up again. Of course I'm surprised!"

After saying that, Seika hurriedly tried to suppress her excitement and joy.

Yuki simply smiled calmly. "I was just busy during that time, so I didn't have much chance to come over. It's been so long—don't tell me this is the kind of cold attitude I get? That's really heartbreaking, you know."

Yuki shrugged and slowly walked toward Seika.

"Tch! You're a big CEO. Being busy is normal. Someone like me, just a small shop owner, can't possibly matter to you!"

Seika's voice carried a hint of sourness, as though Yuki were some heartless man who abandoned her. Even the other woman standing nearby was snapped out of her thoughts by the tone in Ijichi Seika's voice. She turned toward Seika with a look of complete disbelief.

Hearing Seika's words, Yuki's lips curved slightly upward. Clearly, all the teasing he had done with Seika during that time had taken effect. Not seeing him for so long had only intensified Seika's feelings. Now she was even angry just because Yuki hadn't visited for a while.

"Ahem, you don't have to angry with me like that! Didn't I come today?"

Yuki walked up to the counter and sat down. "The usual."

"Alright, alright."

Seika nodded and began preparing Yuki's coffee.

Meanwhile, the other woman looked back and forth between them with obvious curiosity. She seemed very interested in the relationship between Yuki and Seika.

Seika then introduced her. "This is our new staff member. Just call her 'PA'."

Yuki, of course, knew PA. In the original work, she was a highly skilled sound engineer.

"And this—" Seika pointed back at Yuki, "is a good-for-nothing who does absolutely nothing all day except eat, slack off, and wait for death. But he's also a super rich person with so much money he couldn't spend it all in hundreds of lifetimes. He owns several streets around here, and he's also the landlord of this place: Yuki."

"What kind of introduction is that? Sure, the last part is true, but the first part was unnecessary!" Yuki spread his hands helplessly.

"Hmph! I felt like saying it!" Seika huffed adorably and pushed the freshly made coffee in front of Yuki.

PA, standing beside them, finally understood what kind of person Yuki was, and her expression showed a mixture of surprise and nervousness.
