5th Capital, Maehwa Country: Kang - West District
The Satoya-less Gang was simply relaxing inside a bakery inside of this country, what was the bakery? The infamous rival of Takeda Bakery, known as Eunji Bakery, notorious for their hard-shelled chocolate strawberry cheesecake. The outside of the bakery was a normal sight in Maehwa, considering that Maehwa has one of the more 'aggressive' work ethics in the entire world. A typical Maehwan salary is, well, 410,000 Alikurs annually.. However due to Maehwan taxes being on the rise because of well, the Maehwan government being somewhat ludicrous with their 30% income taxes.
The traffic was surprisingly not that bad, considering how compact the buildings are along with the city blocks, but in most cases, Maehwa in general is quite peaceful, as well as the scenery being pretty awe-inspiring.
But, enough of that commentary, inside Eunji bakery, where the Satoya-less Gang were chilling in. It was quiet, with the small chatter from the couple near the Satoya-less Gang's table, then a waitress arrived holding a small plate of the Eunji Bakery infamous hard-shelled chocolate strawberry cheesecake. The waitress then placed the plate gently in front of Kohayuki, who was waiting patiently until she saw the plate.
She then made a childish smile, seemingly joyful at the sight. She then grabbed the spoon from the side of the plate, and then started to tap playfully on the hard-shelled chocolate until it cracked, letting out a snapping noise. She then proceeded to scoop a small spoonful of the.. Hard-shelled chocolate strawberry cheesecake before taking a bite.
"Eunji bakery's chocoberry cheesecake is so good!" She exclaimed happily, as she took another small spoonful. Ahead of her was Isaac, drinking a glass of cinnacola with a vanilla icecream float. Isaac let out an annoyed sigh, looking around the bakery.
"Takeda bakery is better." He mumbled, as Kohayuki took another bite of the cheesecake, then she glared at Isaac menacingly. However, Rayna slammed the table with a fist.
"If you two argue one more time about which bakery is the best, I am gonna force you—" As Rayna was about to scold them, everyone in the Satoyaless Gang received a notification on their phones simultaneously.
"Huh? Another Contract? But if it's been sent to all of us, wouldn't that mean this Contract is pretty important?" Edward pointed out as he checked his phone. And, the Contract was obviously from the Regulator's Committee.

The Satoyaless Gang collectively looked at their phones, lost in thought. They appeared to be lost in thought, well, except Kohayuki who wasn't necessarily thinking too hard due to her simply eating her cheesecake.
Suddenly, a gate of stars opened before them in the middle of the bakery, catching the attention of everyone inside.Then Ludwig stepped out, his demeanor unchanged, he then looked around, before turning his face back to the Satoyaless Gang.
"I see you all received the Contract." Ludwig said as he looked through the windows at the busy street outside.
The group nodded collectively.
"I suggest you all accept the Contract, I doubt you all are aware, but the Regulator's Committee can fund any Subsidiary Division as long as they make an achievement most noteworthy."
Rayna tilted her head in confusion, she then took a sip of coffee before giving Ludwig her attention.
"What ya mean fund?" She asked curiously.
"Funding weapons, mainly repairs, however you can request the Regulator's Committee Headquarter stationed in the Capital you are stationed in for a new weapon, however the funding is limited to anything that isn't the purchase of a Merit Revelator." Ludwig answered immediately, he then pressed his forehead.
"I see why not." Rayna shrugged, facing everyone else who also shrugged and simultaneously decided to accept the Contract. Considering their real goal wasn't to really support the Regulator's Committee, but to simply make a name for themselves.
"Oh yeah, where is Sendo? I thought he'd be with you." Edward asked as he turned off his phone, putting it in his pocket.
"The hospital wanted to check up on his condition, he estimated he'll be unable to join us on any Contract, specifically this one until a week or two later." Ludwig answered.
"Oh right.. What was his name? Argoreas? I still don't understand how Satoya pissed off an Executioner of the Jurisdiction Court, but I hope Satoya thanks Sendo for saving his life that time." Kohayuki reminisced as she took her final bite of the.. This name is too long, hard-shelled chocolate strawberry cheesecake.
"Well, if it's an unclaimed territory stationed in a location in the middle of the 2nd-5th Capital sea, then wouldn't other organizations also want to claim it for themselves?" Edward pointed out. As Edward was asking that, Johnathan patted on the open spot next to him, signalling Ludwig to sit next to him, as the other side was already taken up, considering it was Rayna, Edward, and Kohayuki who was sitting by the window.
Ludwig let out an annoyed sigh, and took the seat, taking his sword off his waist, putting it against the seat. "I'm surprised he sat there.." Rayna whispered to Edward, with him chuckling quietly.
"Well, I take the assumption that the Jurisdiction Court, Compass Treaty, and the Alsaia Syndicate to be the ones who send forces of their own to the location. However, the odds of the Azure Family sending someone of their own would be low, but I would keep an eye out." Ludwig stated. He seemed to be rather annoyed to be sitting with the Satoyaless Gang, but because he accepted the offer, he is conflicted whether or not he should stand.
"I mean, that Section Leader we jumped somewhat easily was talking about Gherman being capable." Kohayuki commented looking at Ludwig.
"Gherman was a Section Leader of a Music Set 4, but he was invited to join the Azure Family because of him knowing Bernhardt, the current Head of the Family." A Music Set, is a squad of Alsaia Syndicate members, with the weakest Music Set being Music Set 1, and the most experienced individuals being in Music Set 5s. A Music Set is led by a Section Leader, leading the 5 Musicians. Music Set 5s consist of highly experienced Musicians and a highly experienced Section Leader. There is also a bonus Music Set 6, that consists of 6 Musicians, 2 Section Leaders, and 1 Concert Master.
"So wouldn't that mean we should be stronger?" Kohayuki asked Ludwig once again.
"Well, Elite Rank 12, Juliet Cerulea is stationed here temporarily, so if you all manage to find her, then you all can ask her if she can join us." He replied swiftly.
Upon uttering the word, 'us' everyone smiled in amusement as well as them quietly celebrating. With Rayna intriguingly asking Ludwig, "us? Does that mean you are helping us with the Contract?????"
"Affirmative, I am part of the Subsidiary Division after all."
"Then go help us find Juliet so we can have her join us to do the Contract!" Rayna pleaded as she stood from her seat. However, Ludwig immediately answered her request.
"No."
