Poison filled the room, those were under level, could barely stand by themselves.
Grandmaster had almost fallen unconscious.
Ying Xuan held onto Xiao Wu who was trembling from fear more than her.
Liu Yan, dizzily approached them, and shielded them from the poison douluo's gaze.
"I don't know whether this poison douluo had figured out Xiao Wu's identity when they first met shrek. I better take this precaution."
Step, step
Walking through the poison gas, a man had stopped right in front of Xue Xing. He was old, he had grey hair, and a beard. His clothes had the pattern of a snake, with glowing green eyes.
"The king of poison under heaven, Du GuBo!"
"You three really have gone senile. Have you forgotten that everything that happens in Sky Dou Royal Academy has to given approval by the emperor first?" Du GuBo questioned the three elders of the board of eduaction.
He struck, aiming for the eyes of ShenJi.
Clang
The other two elders had unleashed their martia souls, blocking his attack.
"Du GuBo! Don't be so hypocritical! Since when have you ever cared about rules!" Elder Bao Shan said.
"Since now." Du GuBo released his soul rings, unleashing his soul power to pressure the room.
"Master Du GuBo, please remove this swines from the grounds now!" Xue Xing ordered.
"Yes, exactly!" Xue Beng said excitedly.
"Shut it." Du GuBo glared at them, he was not going to be ordered around like a lap dog.
Xue Xing and Xue Beng shut ther mouths in fear. No matter how many favours titled douluos owe them, they can never truly control them.
"Master Du GuBo, stop this outrageous nonsense now!" The elders said.
"If you really force us, we'll fight you to the death!"
"If they fight right here, three soul douluos and one titled douluo, this place is gonna be reduced to rubble." Xue Xing thought, he did not expect the three elders to be so stubborn.
"I'll say it one more time, leave this place. Now!" Du GuBo commanded.
Flender watched this scene before letting out a heavy sigh.
"We'll go." He stated.
He turned to the elders "Thank you for welcoming us, Elders. But we must go now. We thank you for your hospitality."
With that, the students and teachers of shrek academy started walking out.
"Wai-" ShenJi wanted to call out to stop them but was stopped by Zhi Lin who shook his head slowly.
"Grandfather!" Du GuYan ran into the room, past Shrek Academy and into the arms of Du GuBo.
"Oh, Yan Yan! How have you been?" He started smiling.
"Have you been eating well? You got fatter." He joked.
"Who got fatter!" Du GuYan pouted and crosses her arms.
"Oh sorry sorry, your grandfather is just joking." Du GuBo stepped out with Du GuYan.
"Xue Xing! We will not forget this! We will bring this matter to the Emperor Xue!"
Scoffs
"Try what you want. I have nothing to do with this now." He waved them off dismissively and walked away with Xue Beng.
"Elders, I'm sorry. But I will not be staying in Sky Dou Royal Academy anymore" Qin Ming said respectfully, before walking away.
"W-wait… sigh" Bao Shan was disappointed in the outcome of today.
"Grandfather, you know that blue haired boy in that group of people just now?" Du GuYan mentioned to Du GuBo.
He thought for a moment before nodding.
"Well, I fought him in a battle colloseum before. He was able dissolve some of my poison before"
This made Du GuBo start thinking, someone could actually make an antidote for their Jade Phosphorus Snake poison?!
The members of Shrek Academy lazed around Sky Dou Capital City.
"Hmm, Blue Tyrant academy. Xiao Ming, do you know the requirements for this academy?" Flender asked, clesrly interested.
"They only allow commoners, no nobles are allowed."
"Heh, then we are heading to Blue Tyrant Academy now!" He pointed in the direction of the academy.
"And also," he started forcing everyone to go and buy some decent looking clothing.
"Why are we being forced to change clothes, Dean Flender." Oscar asked.
"Because I don't want to be called country bumpkins anymore." They all changed into stylish clothing that they could afford. Flender even went ahead and shaved his beard a bit.
At the Blue Tyrant Academt Registration office,
"Do we fit the requirements?" All the teachers of Shrek academy released their soul rings.
"L-level sixty and level seventy soul masters!" The person in charge of registration was shocked. "Your levels are too high for me to judge. We'll have to let the dean judge this."
"Why don't you follow me to the dean's residence. She'll judge you there."
"Alright" Flender replied.
"So, why does the dean not live in the academy?" Flender inquired.
"Well, she doesn't like trouble. So she stays here to not need to deal with them. As most problems that do arise can be resolved by the teachers alone"
Step, step
"Althought this academy isnt as prestigious as Sky Dou Royal academy. Our facilities are just as good."
Suddenly, they could hear music being played.
"Music…?" Grandmaster listened carefully. It sounded, familiar. A bit too close to home.
They stepped a bit closer, and saw the dean mentioned.
A young looking woman in her fourties, her black hair flowed with the wind. Her curvaceous body was slightly outlined by her choice of clothing.
"That's…" grandmaster started tearing up.
He turned to leave, he didn't have the heart to, he couldn't bear it.
But Flender grabbed his hand
"Xiao Gang! She's here right now! You can't keep running from this!"
Grandmaster looked back at Flender, "you knew she was here wasn't it."
"I only want to help you, Xiao Gang. If you keep running, you're doing nothing but hurting yourself and her. Even if you can't continue that, you at least need closure." Flender insisted. This was all for his own friend's good.
"Dean Liu ErLong! A few level sixty soul masters or higher are here to register as teachers!"
The moment Liu ErLong looked back at the crowd, it was as if she had regained her life once more. Her eyes lit up the moment she spotted Grandmaster, tears were starting to stream down her face slowly.
"Xiao… Xiao Gang." She finally reunited, with her oast forbidden lover.
