When Chloe Grant finally got to the hotel lobby, Michael and her boyfriend were already there, and Michael had come down specially to greet Chloe.
"Am I late?" Chloe asked apologetically.
Michael quickly shook her head, "No, you're not late. We were on a date today and happened to be nearby, so we thought the timing was just right, and came early."
"But, even if you're late, does it matter? What's the big deal about being late?" Michael shrugged, clearly not caring at all, and teasingly said, "I'm often late for dates with him."
Chloe laughed, "Oh, are you showing off in front of me?"
"Haha, you caught me," Michael said.
The two of them chatted and laughed as they took the elevator to the room Michael had arranged beforehand.
When Chloe walked in, Michael's boyfriend was sitting in a chair, with his back to the door.
He stood up only after hearing the door open, and turned around...
At the moment Chloe saw his face, she was stunned!
