I finished explaining everything I had seen to Lyrate, including the dead expanse, the enormous palace, the emblem of gears carved into its gates, and those terrifying orange eyes that had appeared above it. She remained silent for a while, her expression thoughtful as she tried to make sense of what I had described.
"So, you have no idea where this place actually is?" she finally asked.
I shook my head.
"Not yet. The All-Knowing Eyes didn't give me a location, only the vision itself. Wherever it is, it isn't inside the Prime Universe. But I can suddenly feel a connection to that place and its coming from the generator core."
"And you think it has something to do with the Generator?"
"The emblem was identical to the one on my chest. I can't call that a coincidence."
Lyrate nodded slowly.
"I agree. But that still leaves us with the more important question. What exactly is inside those ruins?"
