In the middle of a luscious forest Lazarus and Lason look at each other waiting to see who'd make the first move. Lason jumped into the air to deliver a double downward axe swing, but Lazarus used the flat side of his blade to block the attacks.
*BOOM*
A large explosion of heat and frost erupted for the clash created a small crater and blew back most of the trees in that specific area from the roots.
Lazarus in that moment was able to come to a conclusion on some of his hypothesis. 'So me and Lason are around the same level of strength with him slightly out classing me in that category, but i should have the edge in terms of speed."
Lazarus moved at impressive speed after the first class after gave himself some space. In the next moment he'd cover his blade in shadows and send out slashes of black energy at Lason.
Lason stopped the ground and created a large column of ice to take the hit for him. He prepare to give his own retaliation, but he felt a presence above him. He saw Lazarus who used the shadow slashes as a distraction.
In his hands he was an orb of blood that rotated at an super sonic speed. He shot it at Lason which had a surprising amount of power.
*BOOM*
Lason was blown back by the attack and it seemed to have dealt a significant amount of damage on his body. As the internal organs on the right side of his chest were visible and Lazarus could see lason regenerate from the damage.
Lazarus seemed to want to give a joke to lighten the mood. "So I guess you never liked ground beef huh?"
Lason didn't speak as his wounds healed he threw his magma axe which spun in a rotating motion which Lazarus ducked, but as he looked up he saw lason appear right in front of him with his fist covered in magma.
Lazarus raised his arm to block, but what came next surprised him. As his arms were both broken and severaly burnt after receiving that blow. The force of the blow sent him flying through multiple trees.
Lason only realized his mistake after his friend went through multiple trees. "Ah shit Cass is going to kill me if she finds out! Lazarus you okay?"
Lazarus didn't answer and Lason was busy staring at the dust cloud, he began to move towards the said dust cloud. As he got closer a spears of red flames was thrown at him.
"OH, SHIT"! Lason exclaimed as he dodged it Lazarus appeared next to Lason and swung his sword at his friend attempting to cut off his head. Lason blocked at the last minute.
As Lason blocked the attacks he could see the damage done to Lazarus arm heal up at a rapid pace. As Lazarus raised his arm and struck Lason in the face sending him 50 meters away.

Cassandra was in her room trying to sleep but her anxiety about Lazarus made her restless. She sat up from her bed and got dressed to go see if Lazarus needed anything.
She got out of her room and rushed towards Lazarus's room at lightning speed. In 1 minutes she reached his door, but she just stood there hesitating to knock the door.
'Maybe he's sleeping or he's struggling to fully adapt to the situation.' She contemplated for a moment but in the next second she noticed that Lazarus wasn't in his room.
She begun to panic as she ran around the entire section of their mansion looking for him. She ran into her brother's room to tell him.
"Lason, Laz is isn't in his room! Get out of bed and hel-." She noticed her brother was gone and his twin axes were gone, and she realized where they were.
*BOOM*
Rushing to the training room and as she was about to open the door, the sound of an explosion going off came from the room.
She opened the door and what was revealed was shocking to day the least. The forest landscape was destroyed with some areas covered in ice and blood while other seemed to have been burnt by fire and magma. This not only shocked Cassandra cause she know her brother was half responsible but who was the other culprit.
"Cough, cough. Damn Lason you nearly killed me in that last attack." Lazarus rose up from the icey rubble he was under, and Cass could see that Lazarus body was nearly completely healed but with a few burnt and frozen areas.
But what made her more surprised was the fact that Lazarus's tattoos that covered most of his body where glowing a crimson red color.
"Argh! You could have atleast held back a bit you nearly killed me." A few meters away Lason wasn't in oh so great shape compared to Lazarus as he was missing an arm, his guts were hanging out and his face looked like it was nearly blown off.
While see was worried for her brother Cass took out her phone and took a couple of pictures to roast him later on. She ran to help her brother as he was about to collapse from his injuries which were regenerating aswell.
Cass felt a gust of wind behind her. Unconsciously she reacted by delivering a spinning back fist.
*BANG*
*CRACK*
As she look at what she did she saw that Lazarus head did a complete 180 degree spin. "Oh shit! Sorry Lazarus I reacted on instinct! Are you okay?"
"Yeah I'm good, just give me a second." As he finish, his neck rotated back to normal. Sound of bone being cracked and placed back correctly could be heard.
"Ah, thats better! Here let me help you there."Lazarus picked up lason and placed him over his shoulder and begun to leave the bounded field, but he turned back to Cassandra. "You coming?"
Cassandra wanted to asked but after everything thats happened she didn't really care much. "Sure why not let's go."
