20 minutes passed and the class went on. As, Lazarus paid attention to the class, the teacher continued to speak on Vlad Tepes, and how he ruled over his kingdom of Wallachia.
She's stated that he was a kind and benevolent ruler to his people, but he'd have to become much cruelier in his later years. His brutal and cruel nature would become worse when Wallachia went to war against the Ottoman Empire.
As Lazarus quietly listened to the teacher he checked his watched and noticed he was 10 minutes to get to the roof were Maxwell would most likely be. Ready to attack him.
'Fuck!, i may have to ask Lason or Cass if their house has any books on this subject.' He thought
Lazarus conveniently forgotten that his 2 friend were vampires and the subject covers one of vampire kinds ancestors.
As he got up and left, he contemplated on how he was going to deal with Maxwell. "Judging by the fact that I couldn't see any type of energy on Maxwell he's probably a regular human but, some of his subordinates weren't.
One was a witch, two were hunters and another was a priest. "None of them should be a problem for me, but i shouldn't charge into it recklessly. Especially since it's in the daytime-" as he says under his breath he sense 3 people following him
He thought about waiting to see who it was following him but, went against it.
He used his power over shadows to sink into them leaving an empty hall.
As he finished Ragnar, Gideon and Astra turned over the hall expect to see Lazarus but got no one.
"Where is he? i could have swore i saw him came through here? She questioned to no one in particular.
"He probably thought we were going to kill him so he ran away, wouldn't shock me." Gideon said with a bored experience.
"Nope, I doubt that, mainly cause Lazarus isn't someone who runs from a fight even if his outnumbered." He said looking at the 2 in confusion. "Also why did you too come along."
""I was bored and wanted to see something entertaining."" Both said in unison, they high fived each other after finishing their sentences.
Scratching the back of his head in annoyance Regar looked at them empty hallway in deep thought.
"Argh! Whatever! We need to find him before he does anything."
"Why? You concerned he'll kill someone?" Astra asked.
"Yes. But also I'm scared he may be in a force relationship. But why are you 2 looking for him.
"He seemed strong. So I wanted to see my luck against him." Gideon answer, shrugging his shoulders
They both looked at Astra for her answer, to see why she was interested in Lazarus.
She seemed to realized she was being looked at pretty hard as she stopped lightly biting her thumb.
"Oh my reason? Oh nothing special just that I thought he was hot. Don't get me wrong he was cute before, but now he's a total hunk."
Gideon and Ragnar looked at her with dry and unamused looks, as if saying 'are you serious right now'.
Ragnar lowered himself to touch his shadow. Which begun to move slightly and in the next moment it rose up and took the form of a pitch black wolf with red markings
"Hay, there boy! can I ask you to do me a favor?" He asked the wolf as it shook it's head. "Good i need you to find Lazarus Thomas, you remember him right?"

It barks as if saying 'yes" to Ragnar question. It placed its snout on the ground sniffing the area for Lazarus sent it stopped and begun to sink into the shadows.
"How interesting. Your the first hunter I see who actually has a contracted spirit, and a strong one at that." Astra said in mild surprise.
Ragnar understood what she ment by that, as hunter dont really work well with other Supernatural beings that we'll and rather work alone or with other humans.
"Well I'm different from most hunters."

"Where is he?! You said he'd be here in 30 minutes and I haven't seen him?!" Maxwell was shouting on top of one of the campus's building roofs.
Some of his subordinates had weapons in hand.
"Why do we work for this little prick again?" One of them asked.
"Most of us are broke and his family pays alot, thats why." One said back.
"What are you two talking about over there?" Maxwell pointing towards the two hunters with anger and annoyance on his face.
"Oh, nothing sir, nothing at all." One said trying to calm him down.
"Who cares what you think, just keep an eye out for that bastard he should be here any moment." Maxwell walked away heading over to one of his subordinates and asking her of she done with her preparation.
"Yes sir!" She exclaimed."it's complete no one will be able to see or hear anything that goes on here."
Maxwell looked around him and saw multiple glowing symbols that the women placed around the roof. These symbols will prevent those from perceive anything that will happens here.
"Hah, I hope we get paid a decen-" before the man would finish his sentence, tendrils of shadows grabbed him and pulled him in with everyone unable to do anything."
As he vanished into the shadows Lazarus begun to rise from the shadow. But his appreance was different from earlier.
His hair was twin colored with one side being pure white like snow, while the other half side was as black as the night.
His eyes instead of being their muddy silver color. They were heterochromic, one was golden while the other was crimson.
As he rose up from thr shadows, he stretched his body and audible cracks could be heard. "Oh man, my body is stiff as hell."
As Lazarus looked at Maxwell with with a bored and tired expression. "Let's finish this, cause I'm done dealing with you."
"Hay what are you idiot waiting for? Attack hi-"
Before Maxwell could finish Lazarus appeared infront of one of his subordinates. Grabbing them, by their head and slammed them into the ground.
Another one pulled out a sword and attempts to slash him, but Lazarus stepped back and kicked him in the ribs. Knocking him back against the fence. As Lazarus looked at the the remaining he spoke.
"Look i don't have any beef with any of you leave that bastard and me alone and you have my word no harm shall come before. But if you don't take my offer whatever happens is on you not me."
Even though he wasn't trying to scare or come of as unreasonable to the people protecting Maxwell, and he didn't want unnecessary blood to be spilled.
Maxwell hearing this began to panic and make threats. "Don't listen to him who's to say he won't send assassins after you, haven't you heard the tail that vampire hold grudges against those who slight them!" He exclaimed in a panic trying to make sure his subordinates protect him.
As he finish the subordinates looked at each other than at Lazarus. As if a wave of courage or stupidity came over them they all got ready to attack him again.
"Don't say I didn't warn you."
