He never realized that Peony Creation was that weird. He got that after killing the Verdarite back in the Island of Peony and never used it because he hated it. The peonies killed the Raukerai, Runner's own tribe. Seeing that they can be used as an aphrodisiac intrigued him. But it was useless to him so it was more of an utility Tether. He was glad that he integrated his Divinities with his Tethers because he was stronger than before because of it. Also, he realized he has too many Base Tethers. Thankfully, Soul Vision, Sapphire Creation and Peony Creation are utility Tethers.
He looked at Memory Implantation and Extraction and scoffed. He used the Justice Divinity on it because he didn't want to misuse it. After all, too much implantation of memories would kill anyone if exposed to prolonged periods of it.
