Chapter 836 - Chapter 833

Chapter 833

"Bang!"

A sound exploded in Ron's mind. Instantly, his consciousness seemed to plunge into another space, and phantoms drifted into his vision.

A youth wearing a straw hat grinned broadly.

A woman hovered above the clouds.

A young man in a cow‑pattern hat stared resolutely, exuding wild energy.

A burly man exhaled, transforming his breath into twin white blades.

A corpulent woman devoured sweets in huge gulps.

One by one, these figures entered the crystal sphere.

"Boom!"

A blast rang out and Ron felt his awareness pulled sharply outward.

Not long after, Ron opened his eyes. At a thought, a figure appeared before him. A young man wearing a cow‑pattern hat. His frame looked thin, but muscles were clearly defined. He radiated a strong aura.

Information flooded into Ron's mind:

"Trafalgar Law."

"Ability: Ope Ope no Mi."

Ron's brow lifted slightly. He hadn't expected this character. Earlier he had guessed it might be Luffy, or one of the Emperors, or one of the Three Admirals. But Law—Law was a better choice.

Ron didn't lack a direct-combat Nen beast. Whether it was Wither or Cell, both were top-tier. He also had the Blue-Eyed White Dragon card. Even though its usage conditions were strict, with cooldowns built in, a Nen user doesn't constantly fight. Battles are infrequent. So they were sufficient.

Moreover, the strength of the Nen beast created from Minpo's traits matched that of Natsu. Given that Ron already had Natsu and Uchiha Sasuke, adding another similar beast seemed redundant.

But Law was different. The Surgical Fruit held a tremendous capability: eternal surgery. Earlier, when Ron speculated that Sequence might be a divine path, one key reason he had felt excitement was that godhood implied immortality. Now, the Surgical Fruit had appeared.

However, Law in his current state could not perform eternal surgery. He needed further advancement. But at least there was hope. If the final form of Sequence did not lead to immortality, then after Ron acquired sufficient strength, performing eternal surgery could still elevate him to an immortal existence.

Ron felt satisfied with Law's appearance.

"As for now…"

In terms of attack power, Ron was not overly impressed with the Surgical Fruit—after all, he already had Cell, Wither and Specte. But Law's auxiliary and healing applications were exceptional. He could perform flawless surgery, purge impurities from the body, and even in interrogation, it had potent effects.

At his thought, Law's figure vanished.

Ron exited Sumas's space and returned to the airship. He pulled out his phone and called Wendy.

"Wendy."

"Ron, I got some of the information you asked me to gather."

"Thanks, but I've already left Minpo."

"Is that so? I'm sorry I couldn't help sooner."

"That's fine. I've resolved the matter in Minpo. After all this time, you still helping me—I'll remember it. When I reach Fiora, I'll treat you to some special cuisine."

"Special cuisine?"

"You'll see when the time comes."

Ron smiled, but the expression quickly settled back into seriousness.

"By the way, Wendy, I called you because of another matter."

"What matter?"

"Regarding Rosgell's remains."

Wendy frowned.

"Did you run into Rosgell's remains outside?"

"In a way. I intend to strike a deal with Fiora. Rosgell's one arm and one leg should be sealed somewhere in Fiora. I want to trade for them."

Ron voiced his purpose.

Wendy was silent for a moment.

"Ron… I want to help you, but this matter is not within my authority. I fear even the head of our dojo can't decide this. Only the king can."

"I understand. That's why I said trade. I have something of equal value to offer. Wendy, help me contact the people in Fiora."

"Okay." Wendy nodded.

"When will you come to Fiora?"

"Now. I'm already on the way."

"Sure, let me know when you arrive and I'll pick you up."

"Alright."

They ended the call. Wendy immediately sought out Dominica.

"Uncle Dominica."

"Wendy, what's the matter?"

Dominica opened his eyes and smiled when he saw Wendy.

"Ron just called."

"Which Ron?"

Before Wendy could reply, Dominica realized.

"The Ron from Zoldyck?"

"Yes."

"What did he want?"

"Ron says he wants to make a trade with Fiora—one arm and one leg of Rosgell."

"Impossible. Definitely impossible."

Dominica shook his head rapidly.

"Rosgell's remains cannot be given to outsiders. And we've already lost many parts. Only those two remain."

Suddenly, Dominica seemed to realize something.

"Wait—is it possible Ron has accepted a commission from Minpo? Could this guy become our enemy? Collaborating with Minpo?"

Wendy hesitated and said, "Sounds unlikely. Ron is already on his way to Fiora. He just wants me to inform the people above."

"Uncle, shall we notify them now?"

Dominica was silent for a moment.

"Let's wait until Ron arrives. We don't fully understand his motives or allegiances yet. If we inform them in advance and he acts rashly, we could anger those above. At that point, just the two of us can't guarantee Ron's safety. You don't want Ron's life to be threatened, do you?"

Wendy shook her head quickly.

"Ron's my friend, my dear friend. I trust he wouldn't do anything harmful to us."

"Then let's wait until he arrives. No need to rush this."
