Alpha reached to a crowd, and suddenly the guy pushed her ahead and she finally came to her senses. She looked in front, and she was in front of the stage and in front was her parents standing, their hands were locked and...they were eating...humans. Alpha couldn't understand, she couldn't digest what she saw and she started feeling of vomiting.
<"Alpha, I suggest you one thing. Don't vomit.">
And Alpha started feeling more worse and feeling more of vomiting now, she couldn't stop herself.
<"Oye! Listen to me! If you vomitted by watching that disgusting thing, they will realise that you are still a human and they would now better choose to eat you than making you like them again!">
Alpha stopped for a second...she didn't had the complete context of the situation, so she still didn't understand.
And God of Time expected that, she already assumed that Alpha will have understanding issue and it was more worse when she noticed her.
Alpha tried to calm herself, and asked.
"They will eat me...? Why they would eat me?"
<"To obtain your soul and can also choose to take over your body and pretend like it's you and in your body they will eat others.">
Alpha finally understood, what Emi meant to answer what has happened to her parents.
<"And if that happens, then your soul would be rotten and in a few years your soul will become a part of their soul.">
Everything was still messed, it was hard to understand for Alpha but she looked in front at her parents and they were still eating human hungrily, which was terrible. Alpha couldn't control, but she looked down and tried to calm herself, she tried to control herself. She realised that what she needs is the time to survive, and nothing else. She wanted to survive, for her parents.
Even after the whole losing game, she was still hoping to save her parents. She still believed that their parents are still there for her.
But thinking about that...what else she could think of? She had no one anyways.
Suddenly everyone started coming and pushing Alpha ahead and Alpha fell on the stage.
Alpha finally decided what she should do, she became dead serious and looked in front.
Alpha looked at her parents, still being feed and they were even eating properly nonstop and Alpha just tried to remain calm.
Suddenly two blades came, and Alpha's parents' head was cut apart from their body in just a second and fell on the ground. In front of Alpha's eyes...they died. Alpha was left in a great trauma.
"Oh my, so it was you who was talking to me rudely, weren't you?"
Alpha turned at the right side with eyes now filled with tears. And now she was more shocked...it was her crush, Ani, who killed them by just a throw...and he was walking towards her while holding the third knife, ready to kill her.
Ani came in front of Alpha, and Alpha was now completely broken. She had already lost her parents in front of her eyes, and now the reveal of the killer...the one to whom she liked the most?
Ani kept one hand on Alpha's shoulder and said, "I actually remembered by watching the CCTV, you were too smart, too strong, weren't you? Now what happened? Why are you afraid? Why are you crying? Are you scared?" And Ani started laughing and Alpha was just left speechless, stunned.
God of Time was worrying a little bit, but she knew, "Well...50-50 Promise can be broken if I try, if she died then there's no other choice."
And God of Time looked at the scene with a faded smile.
"What happened? Tell me." Ani said, but Alpha just took her head down... giving up everything now--
"Uh, I don't like two boys fighting for one girl..."
Suddenly a voice everyone heard from upwards, and it was a familiar voice for Alpha. She looked up, and Zero was back in his black costume, and hanging up at the ceilings and looking down.
Everyone was shocked and they all took out their guns--
But suddenly Zero disappeared and he was standing next, behind Alpha and he kept his arm on Alpha's shoulders and with in complete role, he smiled behind the mask and said, "Well, I am the villian in the love triangle, aren't I?"
Suddenly all the bullets were fired and everywhere was just smoke and dust after firing for fifteen minutes nonstop. Firing stopped, and the dust and smoke disappeared.
They killed their own people in the firing, but the target and the intruder have left the stage already and...Ani and everyone in the underground hall failed completely.
Alpha just blinked her eyes once, and she was under the cloudy sky. Zero was holding her on his arms and running as fast he could to save her.
"Can you run on your own?" Zero asked and Alpha started trying to stand and Zero stopped and let her stand first.
Zero stood in front of Alpha in a safe place, at least safe as compared to the underground hall and jails.
"Why didn't you come early?"
Zero was surprised, "Huh?"
Alpha started tearing and she asked once again, "...Why... didn't you come early... my parents have already died...if you could come earlier, then...maybe..."
But Zero still took it as fun, but he gave the truth, "Um... saving them won't be worth it."
Alpha's eyes widened.
"They were already possessed by under a Parasite."
Alpha was speechless, she started tearing more... but also more angry now. She started blaming Zero, she was upset from him, she was angry from him.
Zero looked ahead and the road was empty. He started walking ahead and said, "Now move on, you can live with me--"
But suddenly from nowhere, a sword appeared and passed through the front of Zero, stabbing and surpassing through his body and moved ahead.
God of Time was left shocked.
The sword stopped in the hands of Alpha, and her eyes were completely white and she looked at Zero with complete anger.
