Alpha understood how Screen works--
"So are you the one guy to whom I was talking in mind in the Assembly hall?"
God of Time was left stunned...she was speechless... "Can Alpha... really can't understand?"
<"...">
Alpha finally smiled and replied in her mind, "Haha, just kidding...I understood. You are just a Screen or something and you are not a human, the guy who saved me and the guy with whom I was talking are different persons, comparing to you."
<"Yes!!! Exactly!!! I am not a human, you can consider me as a God but you can freely call me--">
"Emi, that's your name. Ok, I understood."
<"Thanks.">
And God of Time was crying from paradise, that finally Alpha understood who she is, or at least understand something or whatever. God of Time was just happy that the confusion is over now.
The group of people continued walking and taking Alpha and her parents and Alpha once again looked at her parents...and now they were smiling creepily, they weren't looking like a human and Alpha was feeling emotional, unaware of what happened to them. She couldn't look at them right like it, she turned off her face and looked down.
"...Emi..." Alpha thought and God of Time looked at her and asked.
<"Yes? Any questions, Alpha?">
Alpha was hesitating, but she gathered courage and with broken language asked.
"What...has happened to my father...to my mother? Why...they are looking like monsters?"
God of Time looked at the situation, she was hesitating to answer, not because she's afraid but because of the question, what if Alpha would be broken by the answer? What if her mental gets destroyed? What if it becomes trauma for her on which she can't move? What if she finds no reason to live as her parents would be her everything?
<"Do you really want the answer? Are you sure you are ready to hear that?">
Alpha was surprised, "Is that so intense?"
<"Well...it can be.">
Alpha gulped with a sweat on her forehead, but she wanted the answer anyways so she just asked, "Tell me, I will be fine."
<"Well...ok then. The answer is...they are not your real parents.">
Alpha was shocked.
"...huh?"
<"Indeed the body they have has only given the birth to you. In physical states, they are your parents. But the real family you had, has gone years ago...you were growing by a Parasite family.">
But Alpha didn't understand it, Emi made her more confused and she also admitted that she's not explaining perfectly but there's no other way to explain it either.
"What--"
"Now everyone, blindfold them!" Someone in the crowd shouted and she looked at side--
Suddenly Alpha got a shot of an injection at her behind neck and Alpha suddenly fainted.
God of Time couldn't do anything, except of praying and wishing for Alpha...to just survive the shot and her soul remain strong. And she also felt angry and grinded her teeth and cursed someone innocent, "Zero... you monster...if you didn't reach to save her, I will kill you."
But suddenly the 50-50 Promise agreement came in front of her...and she gave a sigh, and now she can't even curse.
"...ok, then please? Please can you save her?"
Alpha had fainted, and from inside of her soul, her soul was standing strong still trying to break the seal, but suddenly another soul entered.
Alpha opened her eyes after a whole hour, and she found herself in the dark prison. Everywhere was just darkness and the only thing she could see was the bars of the jail. She stood but suddenly she felt a little bit of pain at her neck behind.
God of Time was relieved that nothing happened with Alpha's soul.
The neck was hurting like a heartbeat and Alpha fell on her knees by the pain, the pain was insane and worse.
But suddenly a torch light appeared, and Alpha started listening someone's footsteps... her eyes widened with a shock as the sound was more louder than ever, the each thing she was listening was too deep to her, she could hear the scary voice of spiders in the jail, she could hear water dropping somewhere...like her ears has became too much sensitive--
"Oye! Now come out of the jail!"
Suddenly Alpha heard a voice of somewhere which was too much loud for her. Her ears vibrated violently, and she felt pain in her ears as well. Her eyes widened and it was...too much painful.
"Oye!"
God of Time was just watching everything, she felt a little bit sad for her.
<"You have purchased a Sound Controller!">
And suddenly everything became normal, Alpha's sensitive hearing stopped and she looked in front.
There was a guy standing, holding a torch and pointing at her. But Alpha's eyes didn't blink once by the torch light straight, she was somehow managed to it and it was normal for her like.
Alpha ignored the neck pain and she stood.
"Are you listening or not?! Come out!" The guy screamed once again.
Alpha was confused, and she looked at the bars... and there were no bars now. Alpha was left shocked, not understanding what it is, but she remembered some words of Emi.
"... it's an illusion..."
The guy didn't understand and he shouted once again, "Are you going to come or I drag you and take you out of here?!"
Alpha suddenly came to her senses, she became afraid again...she was serious for a second but how she doesn't know, and how she changed into normal and afraid, she doesn't know. She was not understanding anything--
Suddenly the guy held Alpha's arm and pushed her away and shouted, "Are you listening or not?!"
Alpha fell on the ground, and she looked back. The guy looked more angry now and he shouted again, "Did you listen?!!!"
At the end, Alpha continued walking with her hands locked and the guy was walking behind her so that she can't run.
But how will Alpha even run, at this moment she doesn't knows what's happening to her mind, she wasn't able to understand anything, she was just looking down with widened eyes... trying to join the dots.
