Kim was made to kneel. She didn't protest. She simply did as she was told, because there was no other choice left to make. She had lost, and there was no way around accepting it.
Her power had been stripped from her by a being of Chaos, one she had believed weakened since his death. But she knew now, gods like him didn't die. Not truly. Not unless they fell at the hands of a Godslayer.
The celestial race had thought they would never hear his name again. So much blood had been spilled during his reign, especially the blood of gods themselves. The Supreme Ones would have wiped out any abnormality that dared threaten their kind.
And yet here he stood.
The one being the celestials feared above all else. A god who drew no power from worship, no strength from faith or prayer. A true abnormality, existing outside every rule that governed his kind.
Now, Kim had finally gotten her first real taste of who he actually was.
