It has been 5 years since my little life has been saved by Su Meiqi. And my soul has been rapidly healing since then.
I could move on my own, smile whenever Meiqi embraces me and play around the waterfall whenever I'm bored. But I couldn't talk... well, at least until my fifteenth birthday.
It was late at night when my soul finally healed completely during my sleeping hours. I suddenly woke up in a beautiful hut which definitely was not the hut Meiqi built for us. Sitting next to me, was a man whose features were peerless.
"W-who are you!?" I asked, trying to maintain a calm voice. "And why am I here? Where is aunt Meiqi?"
The man smiled kindly, and said, "Relax, we are in your mind soul. Or to be precise, a scenery I planted in your mind soul. And I'm your father, Tuō Aiguo."
"My father? Tuō Aiguo?" I asked, in confusion. "Ah sorry Senior, I don't have a fa..."
Before I could say more, I suddenly realized something really strange... I was talking. I've tried to talk many times during the past 5 years but not once did I succeed. Well, I could talk just fine in my dreams though.
I quickly sat up trying to figure out what the hell was going on. I could tell that I wasn't dreaming. I searched for answers in my head but couldn't find any at all.
So I chose to ask the senior who calls himself my father.
"Say, do you mind telling me more about my current situation? Did you kidnap me by chance?" I asked, innocently seeking answers.
The senior looked at me with amusement on his face, and said, "Haha, you're just like your mother. Always thinking about worst situation while everything is pretty much normal."
"Well, I wouldn't call my situation normal senior." I said, still maintaining my innocence.
"Haa... indeed you're just like your mother. Anyways, I only have about 13 minutes before this soul fragment of mine dies. So listen carefully, son."
"You were born in one of the mortal realms beneath the Five Divine Realm. Your... our bloodline was seen a too dangerous so we were cursed to limit our potential to only a tenth of it's original. And we were then exiled into one of the weakest mortal Realm which was already already dying out."
"Me and your mother sort out a way to break the curse and find a better world outside the influence of the Five Divine Realms. After 334 years of searching, we found only one such Realm for mortals and only one for immortals."
"We tried to bring the whole Tuō Clan but the Heavenly Emperor and the ruling families of the Five Divine Realms found out after the fact that we broke the curse. So our whole Clan was destroyed the day your mother gave birth to you, Tuō Rui, our son."
"Well, long story short, we placed you in a teleportation gate your mother created but the gate wasn't strong enough to carry more than one person a day. So we sent you to the mortal Realm we found instead."
"Sadly, I accidentally damaged your soul when I planted this soul fragment in your mind soul. I hope you forgive me for that."
"OH, about the other Realm I mentioned, it's a place that far surpasses the Divine Heaven where the God reside. It's a place filled with Celestial Spirit Qi instead of Profound Qi. The inhabitants are creatures that call themselves the Celestial Beasts. They are much stronger and more beautiful than Divine beasts."
"Well, I wish I could tell you more, but my time is up. When you wake up, your head with be filled with all the information you'll need you journey."
"Goodbye, my son, Rui'er." The man's figure started disappearing before I could even comprehend everything he just told me.
But I have to comprehend everything just yet. Only one thing took priority. That place or Realm with Celestial Spirit Qi. A place not even the God's can reach.
