A long time ago, people learnt how to fight by watching the movements of animals and monsters. They imitated the movements of beasts when they hunt or fight. They practised these movements repeatedly, eventually becoming fighting skills that were passed down to others.
As time went on, people no longer fought as wild beasts. People trained every day and wrote down what worked and taught it to the next generation. Those who trained harder became much stronger than normal people.
Then the Neuroforge appeared.
The Neuroforge was placed inside every martial warrior when they were young. During training and battle, it recorded the state of their body, the flow of energy, and any damage they had taken. It saved all information about their movement and injury that they have.
With the Neuroforge, warriors grew stronger through constant training. It highly enhanced martial warriors, causing their fights to end faster. Their battles clearly showed who was strong and who was weak.
Families began to gather warriors under their names. Small families served bigger ones. Strength decided their ranks. Obedience decided a person's survival. This is the system which the Crimson Demon Dominion was formed from.
The Dominion was ruled by a strict order. Commands that are given, especially by a person of a higher rank, are supposed to be followed without any questions asked, and if there are any failures, they will be punished severely.
The Wardens existed to keep this order
Wardens do not exist to teach anyone or have students. They do not argue with anyone, especially people who broke the rules. They just observe everything which is going on in the Dominion. They only act when someone breaks the rules.
At the centre of the Dominion stood the Zhen family. They were the main family of the Crimson Demon Dominion. They controlled and commanded the whole Dominion and decided on punishments and executions. Other families rank beneath them and fought for rank and survival.
Children born into the Zhen family trained from a very young age. Their days were filled with drills, training, and tests. Their Neuroforge records were checked often.
They were not praised for anything they did, or warned if anything they did was going to lead to something bad
One day, training continued like always as wardens watched in silence and orders were given.
It was just a normal day; nothing looked different.
But inside the system, a choice had already been made.
