So this story is set in the Pokemon world obviously, but this world will be a mix of the game and the anime. Not the manga though as I never read those.
There will be variants of Pokemon like different abilities or forms but these are rare.
For example, the MC's Aegislash.
In this world Pokemon can use all their abilities in battle. Abilities can be activated on and off and even used all at once if mastered.
There will be custom and combo moves. If Ash could make "Thunder Armor" by making his Pikachu shock his Swellow, then I find it possible to make a new move using preexisting ones.

BP, PP and Accuracy are to help you understand the move as if it was in the games. For example, how tiring it is to use, how powerful it is, etc.

This is usually done after said Pokemon makes an appearance in the story.

[Master] - ???
[Champion] - Cynthia, Leon, Red, etc
[Elite] - Elite Four
[Ace] - Gym Leader, 8 Badges
[Star] - 5-7 Badges
[Beginner] - 3-4 Badges
[Rookie] - 0-2 Badges
