"Oh man, this is so boring," said an exasperated Mineta.
"This is what hero work is like sometimes Mineta. Hero work isn't always going to be exciting or glamorous, so you might as well as get used to this. Besides, knowing you, this seems more right up your alley. You aren't really well known for being good in a crisis. Remember how you acted at the USJ?" Tsuyu said in her usual monotone.
"Shut up! That happened around the time school just started. I didn't have any formal training at that time yet," Mineta exclaimed in self-defense.
Mineta and Tsuyu were currently patrolling the streets of Esuha City after being assigned to do so by their respective internship supervisors. While Tsuyu was still interning under Ryukyu, Mineta had recently obtained a new internship under Fat Gum.
Though Mineta enjoyed his internship under Fat Gum more than his internship under Mount Lady, he just couldn't help but feel that today was an absolute bore. While he somewhat agreed with what Tsuyu said about how he wasn't really one for excitement and danger, he just wished that something exciting would happen today. About 10 minutes later, Tsuyu and Mineta received a message on their earpieces warning them about a powerful villain being on the loose. The message stated that the villain had a powerful Quirk called Blizzard and is currently using it to unleash a powerful snowstorm on the city.

Knowing that they and their Quirks would be useless in this situation, Tsuyu and Mineta decided that it would be best if they just stayed put and waited for the villain to be defeated.
After 15 minutes of waiting, Tsuyu and Mineta decided to check the news on their phones for any updates. After checking, they learned that the Pro Heroes were having more trouble dealing with the villain than previously expected. The news estimates that the battle between the heroes and the villain could go on for another hour or so.
Both Tsuyu and Mineta gaped at this new information. They had to wait for what could be hours in a condemned building that's growing colder by the minute?! Realizing they had no other options, Tsuyu and Mineta stayed where they were and hoped that the villain would be defeated soon.
With each and every passing minute, as it became colder and colder, Tsuyu and Mineta became more and more worried. Their worries were mainly brought on by Tsuyu's notorious sensitivity to the cold.
Because Tsuyu's Quirk made her cold-blooded like a frog, exposure to extreme cold was extremely detrimental to her. Tsuyu's only ever been known to go into hibernation when cold, but what most people didn't know was she could die if she ever became too cold. Because of this fact, Tsuyu and Mineta were both currently trying to think of some sort of solution.
After a few minutes, out of nowhere, a gust of cold wind blew into Tsuyu and Mineta. This caused Tsuyu to reflexively wrap her arms around Mineta for warmth. "Tsu, you're not looking so good. You sure you don't want to try my idea?" Mineta offered, sounding legitimately worried for her.
"I'm absolutely sure," Tsuyu answered, sounding almost delirious due to her lethargy.
No more than 1 or 2 minutes later, Tsuyu fell into hibernation.
"Tsu!" Mineta exclaimed in worry. He tried to shake her awake, but no matter what he did she wouldn't wake up.
"Well, looks like we don't have a choice now," Mineta said, as he decided to put his plan into action.
However, before he took anyone's clothes off, Mineta thought for a second and realized that their clothes were not going to be able to serve as effective coverings for their bodies. A blanket or sleeping bag would be more useful in this situation.
A little panicked, Mineta decided to inspect Tsuyu's hero costume to see if there was anyway he could use it as a makeshift blanket or sleeping bag.
