Victor cross formed his fingers front of his mouth and infused his aura along with his voice. Victor opened his mouth and his voice echoes through the entire hallroom, "I would like to introduce you all with, Battle of worth idea."
After little silence for a while. Victor added that, "A idea to make them great in what they are, not bound by the law of any system. They will explore the world and after when they will turn into a 16 years old. They will participate in a battle, Battle of worth. And all the lands will observe each and everyone, then they will offers those who are needed for them."
One of the elder thinks about Victor's idea and then he asked a question, "So that means, it's like a tournament and after seeing the tournament we can sponsor any candidate to stay in our land?"
Victor watch his words closely and then he replied, "No, not a tournament. But yes, you will sponsor them after seeing their worth."
Niel raised his hand as he asked to Victor, "If that's not any tournament then what it is?"
Victor smiled softly, "Battle for survival of fittest. Candidate would be sent in different planet, where they will fight with eachother or against some other creatures to show their skills."
Some fallen stars and some elders raised their hands cuz they have some doubts. That's why one of the elders asked to Victor on the behalf of everyone, "Can you please explain us the proper concept which is in your mind?"
Victor take a deep breath and placed his hand over the table and deeply explained them, "First we gotta find out a planet where our kids can survive. Niel can do it, since he can create portal. Then we gotta set an one single date every year for this event...
This event is going to happen in a proper world, but on a different dimension. They can be killed and can kill. Their life responsibilities on their hands. There would be 24 rounds, where their strength will measure by the definition of their power that they will show in that world. All the rounds would be
completely separate from each other. And their previous round record will not be considered in the next round.
Rules are simple, they can do whatever they want, they just have to show their power. They just have to show and prove their worth in front of all the elders of the main lands, so that elders can choose them as a person of the land.
Clear conditions are, they just have to get more
than 3 lands who will choose them as sponsor. When three elders will give their support to them, only then they can quit the match whenever they want. And they have to decide on which Land they will go after that match.
Yet there's an exceptional condition, if only one or two land chose them then they can't quit the match until all the 24 rounds finished. If no lands chose them till the end, then they will be considered as an worthless, then they will have to live on the ground surface and be strong enough to be a powerful authority person.
Candidate have to agree with all of those rules andconditions to enter the event." Victor finished his explanation and afterwards he asked for their opinions, "So what you all think about it?"
But then a fallen star started clapping as he was laughing gently, "Hahahahaha!!! That's really amazing, I have noted down all your words already."
Victor looked at him with confused reaction. And that fallen star has wrote Victor's words about the rules and clear conditions. So Victor is wondering what that person is thinking. And then the fallen star raised his hand, "Well I definitely agree, since that's what we humans are made for. Survival of the fittest, a battle that will decide our worth."
After that slowly everyone raised their hands and agree with Victor's idea. They had agreed with Victor's idea because that's the most reasonable. Even if no one had agreed, that still would be the final decision. Because the law of Emperor is absolute.
Everyone knows about it every well and Victor also knows that apart from his authority, everyone has agreed with his decision not because he is the 3rd Emperor but because that's the most reasonable.
After that Victor suggested to everyone, "Well now there's something for you all. You all might already know that everyone has their own type of Aura. So that if you know someone else's Aura very well and particularly focused their aura in the state of normal cultivation. Then you can summon their consciousness in a separate dimension and talk with them."

After that everyone started to leave from their chair but at first Victor stand up and left from the room. After that everyone greeted Victor and started leaving one by one.
Yatoru kujo and Niel comes out from the hall room along with Victor. While there of them are walking through the corridor.
Yatoru kujo gently smacked back in Victor's head and praised him, "Very well my dear Darling, you did a great job as a kid."
Victor smiled proudly while his ears and nose turned into red. Victor cover up his smile as he say, "That's not a big deal, I know how to show dominance."
Niel was watching Victor and Yatoru kujo from behind. Unknowingly a charming smile formed over his face. While he thinks deep inside of his heart, 'I wish I could watch my friends forever smiling like that.'
Afterwards all three of them arrived at the garden in the middle of castle. Victor gets closer to the table while he pulled out a chair.
And Niel break an apple from a tree of the garden as he throw it at Victor. Yet Victor catch the apple without even looking at it. Then Victor sits over a chair and asked to Niel, "Where's Emon, I didn't meet with him yet."
"He is fighting with monsters." Apart from Niel that's an elder who replied to Victor. He was entering in the garden, while there's an Eagle sitting over his shoulder and he was holding a little message scroll on his left hand. After that he added that, "Emon send a message that, monsters started to moving through the lands due of the aura blast when Victor breakthrough in different realm."
